Pros:

Driver of shuttle, picked me up after I turned in a rental car.
No name, but he worked teh after to night shift on 13 September.

Cons:

Paying for parking. One reason I turend in my rental car, rather than pay foruteen dollars to park at the hotel.

The property was a perfect location from the airport, desk staff was exceptional and very pleasant with accommodating my needs. Hotel was clean, room was clean and breakfast was good.

Cons:

I only gave the rating 9 stars because my only complaint was the hotel itself was just too cold for me. Even with turning the thermostat off in my room it was still too cold in my opinion. I will say that house keeping kindly gave me an extra blanket.

Cons:

The fact that you charge your customers for ONSITE parking is despicable. The excuse that people that go to the airport use your parking lot and therefore we as the customer pay for the parking too, is crap. You should not charge your customers for ONSITE parking!!!

Hyatt House - well worth the visit!
Pros:

Hyatt House is a treasure! Exceptional, friendly customer service which really made the stay! The hotel offered a clean, modern room with a very comfortable bed and for being pretty close to the airport, it was not noisy at all. Easy to get to the places around town we were visiting, and will definitely make it a point to stay there again!

Excellent stay
Pros:

We visited Nashville to see family. We decided on Hyatt because of the experiences we had elsewhere. They lived up to and exceeded out expectations. All of the Hyatts we stayed at during out two week trip were great. This one was just as exceptional because the entire staff and I do mean the ENTIRE STAFF was excellent. They treated us very nice, professional and genuinely courteous. We appreciate treatment like this when we are away from home.

Disappointed
Pros:

Parking is no longer free. I stayed 3 nights and paid $42 to park in the same lot that was always free to park. I will no longer stay there as long as they are charging to park.
