Very nice and staff was so nice...
Everything was great.
The location was perfect, room was a decent size.
The fact that you pay for parking but yet are not guaranteed a parking space because ANYONE can park in the parking lot. That is NOT right especially since for 1 night it was over $200. Also, the room was clean but not clean clean. The hallway smelled of weed.
The property was a great value for the price, The room was spacious and clean. It was the perfect amount of space for my family. (2 adults and 3 kids). We loved the size of the kitchen area and that the TV was on a swivel mount. The parking lot also seemed very secure with the gate access.
The breakfast was pretty mediocre. The lady working the breakfast area also seemed to care less about refilling the items that were low. When we went down it was an hour left on breakfast, but still very little food to pick from.
A hotel catering to people passing through Nashville near the airport. It more than met our needs. Because we had to wait a long time to check in (owing to a computer issue), we were upgraded to a very nice suite. Breakfast was quite good for a chain hotel.
Everything except the long wait for shuttle at midnight from airport to hotel. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, staff were all super, room very quiet and comfortable.

Facilities are modern and well maintained. Nice neighborhood. We got a larger room for our family of four and it was very nice. Worth the extra cost. Front desk staff and manager were very polite and helpful.
They’ve started charging for parking which I think is a bit unnecessary, as they have their own lot, but even with the parking fee, I’d stay there again.
Large, well appointed room. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was above average for the class of hotel it is. Location convenient to the city. Staff was VERY courteous and helpful.
Weve stayed there for the last few years always had pleasant staff and early check in
We cpuldnt get extra pillows and they saod we needed to go down to the lobby to get more towels. They changed the parking to pay, we never had that before now if you're there for more than a few days expect to pay more than 50$ needless to say hotels should have free parking, on top of already paying 700$ for a few days. This was new and we will have to find a new place to stay
The shower and breakfast were very nice.
It was further away from Franklin than I expected. There were ants in our room around the window and in the bathroom.

1 out of 2 elevators were down the 2 days we were there making wait times to get down stairs long and inconvenient. Bedroom wasn’t that clean- we found dust, hair & medicine or vitamins by and on the bedsheets behind the headboard. I also didn’t like that we were in a room that had a door in between the next room.

I know it is a pet friendly hotel but the carpet by bathroom smelled of dog urine very bad.Maybe focus on deep cleaning carpets more often. Other than that it was a great stay.

The bartender at night he is the best I forgot his name a young black gentleman was the best he went over and beyond for us sitting at the bar and his drink he made us which was a long Island and lemon drop was off the chain
