快適に過ごせた。
Pros:

清潔感があり、騒音が全くなく快適に過ごせた。
連泊の場合、部屋の清掃は3日に1回だがタオルの交換はBOXに入れてドアの前に出しておくと連日交換してくれるのが良かった。
大阪駅からのアクセスも良い。

アメニティの種類がもう少しあると良い。コーヒーや紅茶などドリンクのサービスもあると良い。
