Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Nice layout for the rooms.
Fairly efficient hotel.
Liked the room setup and views. Location was pretty good.

Cons:

I stayed at a few hotels from this brand on this trip and this one had some oddities.

The women’s public bath is not too exciting. Outside pool is too shallow and small. Why bother really?
My partner didn’t use the men’s bath so I’m not sure about that one.

One very strange thing-staff took our laundry out of the machine without letting us know they do that. And when we went down to the front desk in a panic thinking someone had taken all our clothes they seemed confused that they were missing. Lol We were actively waiting for it to be done and had a timer on. No apology given but the clothes were crumpled in a bag and handed to us. Very odd.

Also took some time to get our car out of the hotel parking even though there was no one else in the queue.

Modern hotel with an unbeatable location, friendly staff and excellent convenience for exploring Sapporo.
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location right in the middle of Susukino. One of the best things was that the metro entrance/exit was literally next to the hotel, which made getting around Sapporo very easy.

Most restaurants, clubs, pubs and shopping areas were within walking distance, including the covered Japanese shopping street with many small stores and food places.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. We requested an iron and ironing board and they brought them immediately. The self-service checkout machine also made the checkout process quick and easy.

Cons:

The only downside was the room size. We booked a double bed room and traveled with two hand luggages and two large check-in bags, so space felt a bit tight when all the luggage was open. It was manageable but a slightly larger room would have been more comfortable for longer stays or travelers with multiple bags.

Hotel op toplocatie met keihard bed
Pros:

De locatie is top, net buiten het drukke deel van Susukino. Ook hoe schoon en netjes het was.

Cons:

De bedden zijn extreem hard en de selectie kussens zijn ook 2 uitersten. Een keihard kussen en een te zacht kussen die helemaal plat wordt.
Ik vind een hard bed best lekker, maar dit was te hard.

Great value for money, comfortable and lovely room.
Pros:

Great access to subway, and in a quieter part of susukino. Room was very clean, modern and a good size.

Cons:

Bed was very short. I am 168cm and my feet were about at the end of the bed.
