Pros:

The location to visit susukino was excellent.
I could do almost everything by walk

Cons:

The staff accepted to take my luggage in storage until I was ready to get to the airport, however I felt that it was annoying to them when I needed to get it back.

立地も良く、露天風呂もあり快適でした。

屋上に露天風呂に大浴場があり快適でした♨️

Cons:

今の情勢仕方ないかもですが、2泊までならベッドメイクが無かった。タオルは新しいのくれましたが。

脱衣所の床に大量の髪の毛！

Cons:

部屋に衣類をしまえる場所がなかった。大浴場のゴミ箱はいつも満杯で溢れてた。脱衣所は髪の毛が大量に落ちていて、目が悪い私は気付かずそれを踏んで、部屋に帰ったら靴下とスリッパが髪の毛まみれ！髪の毛が大量過ぎて吐きそうになった！3泊したけど、毎日同じ調子でいつ掃除してるのかと思った？！

中心街に近い

Cons:

ホスピタリティにかける。
タオル等は部屋の前に置いてあるが、その他の必要なもの例えばパジャマやバスマットマグカップ、歯ブラシさえも要求してフロントに取りに行く必要がある。

가성비가 중요하다면 추천. 그외 장기숙박의 경우 비추
Pros:

- 복도나 시설들이 낡지 않은점
- 지하철역 바로 앞에 있어서 지하철 이용이 편리했음
- 숙소 로비에 공용우산이 비치되어 있어서 비가 갑자기 오는 9월 날씨에 유용하게 사용 가능
- 공항버스 도착, 출발 정류장이 가까움

Cons:

- 4일째부터 객실청소해야하고 쓰레기를 직접 내놓아야함(단 수건은 매일 밖에 걸어줌)
- 냉장고가 너무 미지근함
- 일본 숙소의 공통적 문제이지만 너무 비좁음(심지어 코너룸이었음에도..) 특히나 숙소에서 포장음식을 먹을 계획이라면 매우 불편. 화장실도 매우좁음. 샤워실은 그나마 넓은편. 미닫이 화장실 문으로 연인과 함께간다면 소리가 다 들려서 민망할 수 있음 주의
- 객실 내 샤워실 곰팡이
- 로비가 항상 음식냄새로 가득차 있음
- 나름 장기로 머물렀는데(6박) 저층에 배치되었었고, 창문을 열수는 있었으나, 바로 옆 건물 옥상에 사람이 올라온다면 바로 아이컨텍 가능한 상황이라 창문을 열수 있는 장점을 맘껏 누리지 못했음. 장기숙박인데 고층에 배치해주는 등의 센스가 없었던 점은 매우 실망이었고 객실 투숙 내내 엘리베이터에서 나보다 낮은 층에 내리는 사람을 전혀 볼 수 없어 여행 내내 기분이 언짢았음
