Pros:

Great breakfast. Location is suitable for tourism, with relatively easy access to some of Osaka's attractions. Also, relatively quiet area. Rooms were adequately furbished and equipped. Good toilet and shower. Washing machines available, as well as a bar on level 20.

Cons:

Small rooms. Needed to leave the open bag under the bed. Location is not great for business travellers. Also not fantastic for those looking for a lively area at their doorstep after dark: you wil have to walk a few blocks.
