Pros:

The public bath was great I the same style as an onsen, but without hot spring water. However it is well maintained and it is great value added to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and have great pillows.

Cons:

The size of the room is too compact. Also my luggage did not fit.

Pros:

A truly luxurious hotel. The reception area was top-notch. Free coffee in the lounge, as well as books and board games. The hotel had a large TV, and I also visited the free spa on the 19th floor. I had nothing but wonderful experiences at this hotel.

Cons:

I can't open the window.

Great stay and the baths are a wonderful bonus
Pros:

We loved the hotel. The lobby area was welcoming and staff were really helpful. There is a great area just to relax. The rooms were wonderfully kitted out and the baths on the top floor were a real highlight.

Cons:

A minor unhappiness but the rooms were quite small, even by Japanese standards. We could not really open both suitcases at once.
