Pros:

Excelente todo. La ubicación es increíble. Hay un Carrefour en la esquina 24/7. Está super equipado. Si te falta algo podes consultar y si lo tienen te lo dan.
Todos en recepción son amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Ya quiero volver.
Tener una piscina y terraza termina de ser un lugar perfecto cuando uno vuelve cansado de caminar todo el día. Se agradece ese detalle.

lamentablemente en el momento que fui estaban arreglando un ascensor y solo quedaba uno.

Localizacao excecional na Gran Via. Perto de tudo, comercio, metro e dá para ir a pe visitar os outros locais de interesse. A maquina de cafe nao funcionava, ligámos para a recepção e rapidamente foram substitui la. Tinha uma garrafa de agua de boas vindas, capsulas de cafe e cha e um kit de limpeza de loiça.
