Pros:

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location with easy access to public transport and paid underground parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly, helpful staff at reception

Cons:

Perhaps a wider variety for breakfast would be great.

Modern and comfortable hotel in Ghent city centre. Nothing mind-blowing, but everything works.

Cons:

Several times the staff in the reception did not pay any attention to guests passing by.

Pros:

Signalétique défaillante.Apres trois tour du quartier et interrogation des commerçants ont rouvert enfin l'hôtel dans une rue interdite aux voitures .Le parking de proximité ( à 300 m) permet alors de traîner ses bagages en pleine chaleur jusqu'à l'hôtel. Personnes âgées fermier vos capacités......
Le reste est très correct.

Pros:

A really great hotel with a central placement near the most popular sights in the city centre. You hardly need to use public transport from here as you can walk to most of the places worth visiting. The hotel facilities are excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had a decent selection of different foods. there are some really good shops close to the hotel including the brilliant De Slegte Book Store which has several floors of second hand books at reasonable prices. The little asian take-away on the corner is excellent too

Cons:

The area immidiate around the hotel is a shopping area and sometimes that meant trucks delivering goods and road sweepers and trash collectors being noisy early in the day, but its also understandable in a central location like this. Not a complaint, more a heads-up in case you are looking for somewhere quieter.
