La ubicación, está en el Centro y puedes recorrer todo andando. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa struttura, collocata a pochi metri dalla piazza principale. Ci è stata poi fornita una camera all'ultimo piano con affaccio diretto agli edifici più importanti e caratteristici. La camera era un po' piccolina, ma funzionale e pulita.

El hotel esta super centrico. Las instalaciones estan bien y nuestra habitscion bien tb. Hay cafe y agua a disposicion en la recepcion 24h. El desayuno tb edta bien.
Si tengo que poner un pero la estancia del desayuno deberia de ser mas grande para acoger a todos lo usuarios. Lad mesas estan pegadas unas con otras. Lo comento solo pof poner algo mejorable
La situació de l'hotel és molt còmode per moure't per la ciutat a peu, super cèntric. Esmorzar correcte. Habitació amb bany molt bé.
Poder el menjador queda petit segons a quina hora vagis a esmorzar.

Staff were very disinterested
The hotel is nicely situated at the very city centre of Gent. Also nothing to complain about the rooms, the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere or the breakfast.
The bad thing is that the hotel does not give clear directions of how to get to it. It is situated in a restricted traffic area and, when entering by car, one has to register the car in advance or the day after at the latest to avoid a major fine. There was no clear and obvious indication on the hotel homepage, on any email communication from the hotel or by the receptionist, whom we told about our difficulties to get to the hotel while checking in.
And the very bad thing was that, while we tried to drop a friendly feedback to the receptionist at checkout, the manager in duty popped up and started to teach us what we have done wrong, to complain about the city administration and that there is not need at all for improvement on the side of the hotel. Very unprofessional, no service mentality, very unpleasant.
Eventually, this f* your guest attitude will probably cost us an extra 185 € fine which could easily have been avoided.
