Great location, modern hotel, with great staff
Pros:

Clean, modern and very central hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and bed was huge! Very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Hairdryer was a bit hit and miss - working sometimes but not always. No safe deposit box. Luggage storage was not included.

Excellent value central Ghent hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent, the team member on check-in (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was very efficient and personable, she is an asset to the business. Fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby is a nice thing also.

Fijn, schoon en centraal gelegen hotel!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en vers! Voldoende keuze. Het hotel was rustig en overal erg netjes en schoon. Prima optie om in de lobby je koffie/thee te kunnen pakken i.p.v. op de kamer een apparaatje.

Cons:

Als ik dan toch iets moet benoemen, dan viel alleen het parkeren iets tegen. Helaas was het parkeren duurder dan in eerste instantie aangegeven stond en veel andere parkeergelegenheid was er niet in de buurt dan de parkeergarage naast het hotel. Maar qua ligging wel weer een perfecte optie.
