Great stay in a fabulous hotel. Everything we needed. Staff lovely to make the stay perfect.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 10 day stay over the summer, for a wedding and a holiday combined.
Hotel was fantastic. Great location, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, pool, gym. The staff made the stay perfect. They were all so lovely and kind. Always on hand to help and answer any questions we had.
I stay in many hotels around the world, and this was one of the best. Great value for money as well.
Look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great hotel
Pros:

Everything! This hotel is amazing! We stayed in the 2 queen suite. It was super hot and humid out. The halls were humid. We opened the door to our room and I was dreading it because the ac is normally turned off. To our surprise, the ac was on and the room temp was deligh! We loved the kitchen and full fridge too.

Cons:

The bed kept us hot. We had the fan on and ac as low as it would go. It was strange, but we were fine. Next time we'll likely bring a fan.

Reservation Not Honored
Cons:

I showed up late at night, they said they were overbooked even though I had a reservation. I had to go elsewhere in the middle of the night in Newark. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, or customer service requests through this Booking.com platform.

Pros:

Perfect hotel with an outstanding team. Special thanks to Maleeha, the hotel manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to guests' needs. She made every effort to ensure my requests were handled promptly and with care.

The restaurant team was also excellent, especially Sara, whose friendly service made every meal enjoyable.

My only suggestion for improvement is to offer complimentary hot drinks and coffee in the lobby 24/7, similar to many Homewood Suites by Hilton locations in California. After a long trip or during cold weather, having access to a cup of coffee or hot ginger tea with honey at the reception would make the guest experience even better.

I truly enjoyed my stay. As always, staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton feels like being at home. Whenever I visit New Jersey, this hotel will be my first choice, and I look forward to returning.

Pros:

Estuvimos tres días con mi esposa, muy cómoda la habitación muy amplia, con heladera, cocina y microondas, la cama muy confortable. Tiene un supermercado a 100 metros y varios restaurantes cercanos. La habitación tiene dos ventanas grandes que le da buena luminosidad

The property was very modern and well kept. The location was good too. Right off a major road, but back far enough so that you don’t hear any traffic. There is also a nice mall across the street, and a Target next door.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints about the property. It was clean and the staff was very professional.
