Really loud noise that keeps you up all night. They also charge me twice for 1 pet even after I reminded them.
Cons:

The Hotel was fine, but I could sleep at all as the room above me super loud all thru 5am. I called the front desk to make them aware of the noise issue and they did not do much to try & address the issue. They acknowledged that there was an issue, but nothing more. Disappointing.
