Hotel in posizione eccezionale, in zona pedonale e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Buona la colazione e anche la pulizia della struttura. Staff sempre cortese, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Consigliato.

Cons:

Unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile: nel bagno mancava lo scopino. Inoltre, l’armadio disponeva di pochi appendiabiti, anche se lo staff è intervenuto prontamente fornendocene altri.

Everything from property decor, comfort of beds, location, breakfast and staff were all fantastic :)
Pros:

The location was perfect and made all the key tourist sites easy to get to by foot. Transport was also available outside the hotel and had regular bus and tram services.
Breakfast selection was good and enjoyable and restaurant staff were also lovely.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had a shower tray and tub, which was great and they looked very clean.
Beds were very comfortable and for someone with a bad back, this was important for me.
Loved the additional seating area and sofa in the room too.
We booked a cab from the hotel to airport and gave them couple of days notice so all was managed well.

Cons:

The space between the beds headboard and decorative wall panel was very very dusty - you could see dust flying around. Not ideal for someone with dust allergies.
The room we were allocated had it's entrance by the elevator, which was a tad bit odd, and made it noisy at night with people coming and going in the middle of the night.

Desayuno bueno , podrían luego de una Encuesta consistente mejorar en algunos aspectos o cambiar slgunos Productos. La ubicación muy buena e importante para la desicion
