The location is fantastic.
The room was falling apart. The knob on shower to change heads falls off and doesn’t work, the toilet on flushes half the time and you have to muck around with it for ages to get it working, the floor was gross and sticky, the fridge never worked! We complained about the fridge and they said they would check it which they didn’t! When we mentioned all this they still wanted to charge us an extra $30 late check out for checking out 8 minutes past.
Location
On arrival I was told I hadn’t paid and they were going to charge me twice. The man on front desk was rude and told me that I hadn’t paid and I refused to pay again! I was then treated like a second class citizen and was made to pay a $200 bond which has never happened to me before.
Next morning at breakfast I used the toilet downstairs and a man came in and started working on another toilet!!!! Even knowing woman were in the bathroom!!
At breakfast I was embarrassed again and told I hadn’t paid for breakfast!! Nor booked!! I was very embarrassed as no one told me when I checked in I had to book a table. Then I was confronted again whilst eating my breakfast and made to sign a docket!!
Now it’s been 5 days since my stay and I still haven’t received the bond I had to pay $200!!! I tried to call reception 4 times today and it just rang out. Still haven’t received my bond which I don’t believe I should have been forced pay.
Will not be going back.
Our kids love your hotel, from the pool to buffet, they always ask when can we go back.
The swimming pool was very nice

The location.
The bed was very soft, the room was booked for 2 and only had towels and everything for 1 person. Only has a few tissues in the box. The dinner we ordered was grilled fish which had the cut off tail on the plate and was dead cold. The eye fillet was tiny and was supposed to be medium rare, but was more rare and was also dead cold. The cheese platter had only 3 pieces of cheese and a heap of sultanas. The biscuits with the platter was so hard and stale.

The bed was so hard and the facilities looked tired and needed a deep clean. There were lots of marks on the entrance tiles and walls and carpet in rooms was quite dirty
