I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I chose this property to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have had.

The management and reception team were not helpful or supportive when assistance was needed. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall presentation and housekeeping standards were far below expectations. Basic cleanliness and attention to detail were missing, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

A special occasion like a birthday should be memorable for the right reasons, but sadly this hotel ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unsatisfactory room condition.

Great area for families and easy access to trams
Pros:

For the football the location is fantastic easy access to the trams the lobby was beautiful
Safe place for families

Cons:

The room was clean but for a Marriott hotel could have been better damaged and marked walls shower rain head was blocked and shower needs a good clean
