Even tho the staying was very expensive, everyone was in additional charge. Stuff barely understood English. Doesn’t worth the money at all.

The staff incredibly knowledgeable friendly but professional. Every one of them Nagar, Millur, Gabriel, Giuseppe, Alessio, Sajeed, Alina, even the chef Juan It is truly exceptional group that made my stay so comfortable but truly unforgettable.

Overall a very good hotel for either business or pleasure.
Pros:

My room was clean, spacious and well appionted. The staff were helpful. The location is very good, close to Termini station in one direction and close to the centre in the other direction.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't served until 7:30, which for myself and I imagine other business travellers is too late. I was given a box breakfast to take away, but having paid €20 it wasn't exactly good value for money.

Awful
Pros:

Property was fine

Cons:

I was attacked and found unconscious bleeding from the face ,
Then myself and son was removed from the premises and taken to police station for own protection .
Didn’t get to stay at the property .
No one in hotel could give any explanation of what had happened , no medical care was given .

La ubicación, la limpieza y el personal excelente en todo. Incluso nos olvidamos documentos en la caja de seguridad y los guardaron hasta nuestro retorno a Roma
