Used the pool twice. Breakfast was great. Lovely hotel.

Had to move dirty plates to another table so 4 of us could sit together
Nice stuff
Everything. Mid of night you can hear ventilation noises. Not sound proof at all. You can hear people walking, shutting the door etc. Bed has poor quality mattress and duvet. The only window is in Toilet. And toilet door is transparent glass so you can have day light in room.

We were above the gym I think, I was woken at six am with banging in the room below (sounded like weights) so only got 6 hours sleep - shame as bed was super comfy!
Breakfast was good but I do prefer sausages with a higher meat content.
My wife had the fish pie for dinner and she didn't really enjoy it. A Charlie Bighams fish pie serves 2 and is half the price. Served with diced carrots ? Thought we left them in the 70s. My wagyu burger was delicious

The staff welcome, the coffee shop. The entertainment for kids. The gym and leisure facilities. We could open the room window. Facilities in room were good.
Rooms very small, decor in rooms, hated clear glass door to bathroom. .
The breakfast was great, plenty of options and good quality. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable.
The room was a little small and there is no privacy in the toilet or access to drinking water. I don't want to see my partner going to the toilet through the glass door.
