Pros:

The one genuinely positive thing I can say is that the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They were very understanding when we explained the situation, allowed us to check out early without any issues, and refunded us for the remainder of our stay. I really appreciated how helpful and professional they were.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the noise\. There is a voltage/electrical room on each floor, and our room was constantly vibrating and shaking from what sounded like electrical equipment or wiring throughout the entire night\. There are also several elevators located right next to the guest rooms, so the setup itself is already very noisy, but we honestly could barely even hear the elevators over the constant humming, vibrating, and shaking coming from the electrical room The room was simply not comfortable or suitable for sleeping\. We did not sleep at all that night and ended up checking out around 5 AM after our first night so we could move to a different hotel.

Free Breakfast varieties, clean gym space and friendly housekeeping and concierge. Great and safe location

Cons:

The top aircon plate of the ceiling fell off and luckily just missed it by the inch. The manager did not even say anything. They just repaired it and gave an extended hour of late checkout

The floor was covered in toenails and never got cleaned. All the dishes were dirty and I had to wash them to begin with. So many bugs like flies mosquitoes and spiders. I had to argue with the front desk about our room not having a safe and they said I did. They eventually brought a safe to the room. The sheets were dirty and was told they weren’t able to change them. And only 3 outlets worked in the room. We had to take turns charging things. No one wanted to help or fix anything.

My stay was perfect and I will recommend to other travelers
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast because there were lots of breakfast choices, also the staff during breakfast were on the ground to assist at all times.
I could leave my luggage and pick it up for my later flight after checking out in the morning It was very helpful.
Staff response when l needed an assist in my room was quick. In fact, everything about the hotel was enjoyable by me. The bed was comfy and housekeeping was done everyday which included a change of towels.
All staff in the reception area were very friendly and helpful but Christopher was exceptional.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, so water poured on the floor when having a bath, but small space is a NY thing which did not really border me
