From the moment we entered our room (1008) I could tell the AC unit wasn't working.. After having an HVAC man try to get our unit working it ran for a short while and then over the night it wasn't puting out cold air. Then, this morning we did not have a working unit. A nice man came by twice and tried to fix it but no luck. I called to the front desk to see if they could find another room but was told she would see... After 3-4 hours no one called and we decided to go home. The manager at the front desk was very nice and said she would find us another room but we decided to go home. I hope we will be credited back to my charge card for this terrible experience. My card ending in9133 was used. My Bonvoy number is 793235608, Sincerely, Dr. Mark J. Schulte

Room was not ready at 4pm and there were many people ahead of us also waiting. The manager did apologize a lot and offered us beverages while we waited. But it was very frustrating to have to sit and wait after an 8 hour drive
Must be a better way to get the rooms turned over in a timely manner
The staff was great
Location was great.
Check in was suppose to be 4, but rooms were not ready till after 5. This happen to about 15 didn’t people.

Cobrança abusiva do estacionamento, mais de 48.00 US$ por uma noite, é a prática do abuso de cobranças indevidas e espertas, e o pior, que depois, fui colocar meu carro no mesmo estacionamento que o Hotel utiliza, por um valor menor que a metade que queriam me cobrar!
Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice too.
The elevators were slow and skipped our floor a few times.
Location was perfect.
The room was fairly clean, but didn’t look like floors had been cleaned before our arrival as well as the shower floor looked a little dirty still. Linens were all great and clean and everything else was good.

Location was perfect for my stay. Room was big, clean and quiet and the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
The Valets of the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Cincy are by far the most professional. I had no problem handing them the keys to my Rolls Royce. I tipped Nick and Jason an extra $200 for their hospitality. 12/10 will stay there again.
Amazing service !! I missed the hotel and these gentleman knew exactly where I was going and sent me to the right direction !!
