Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown

Saímos do hotel e voltamos a tarde e não tinham arrumado o quarto, pedimos a limpeza e falaram que iriam limpar no outro dia, só que no outro dia seria o checkout.
Minha esposa argumentou que queria o quarto arrumado, trocaram as toalhas e mal arrumaram a cama e deixaram o quarto sujo e com o lixo sem recolher.
Uma falha muito grande para um hotel dessa categoria.

The hotel itself was nice but check in was absolutely unacceptable. We got there at 4 to check in, as you claim is check-in but NO rooms were ready for anyone. We had 4 couples, one being a Bom. member. He requested 2:00 checking and none of us got rooms until after 530. There were easily 20-30 people on a list waiting for rooms. The only thing offered for the delay was one complimentary drink at the bar. Wow, nice. We had tickets for the Reds game so luckily for us, we were still able to make it in time. However, if we would have had other plans, reservations somewhere, they would not have been the case. Heck, I saw one lady getting into her wedding attire in the public restroom. Very disappointing. More of a discount or something would have been nice for the inconvenience of waoting over an extra 1.5 hrs to get our room.

Service and professionalism of staff

Terrible water pressure. Only stayed one night so not a big deal, but would have been if we stayed longer.

The pillows

From the moment we entered our room (1008) I could tell the AC unit wasn't working.. After having an HVAC man try to get our unit working it ran for a short while and then over the night it wasn't puting out cold air. Then, this morning we did not have a working unit. A nice man came by twice and tried to fix it but no luck. I called to the front desk to see if they could find another room but was told she would see... After 3-4 hours no one called and we decided to go home. The manager at the front desk was very nice and said she would find us another room but we decided to go home. I hope we will be credited back to my charge card for this terrible experience. My card ending in9133 was used. My Bonvoy number is 793235608, Sincerely, Dr. Mark J. Schulte

Room was not ready at 4pm and there were many people ahead of us also waiting. The manager did apologize a lot and offered us beverages while we waited. But it was very frustrating to have to sit and wait after an 8 hour drive
Must be a better way to get the rooms turned over in a timely manner
The staff was great

Check in was suppose to be 4, but rooms were not ready till after 5. This happen to about 15 didn’t people.

Barulho do ar condicionado, da não colocação de sabonetes e shampoo nos volumes do box do banheiro, preparados para isso! Cobrança abusiva do estacionamento, mais de 48.00 US$ por uma noite, é a prática do abuso de cobranças indevidas e espertas, e o pior, que depois, fui colocar meu carro no mesmo estacionamento que o Hotel utiliza, por um valor menor que a metade que queriam me cobrar!
