GREAT HOTEL AND FANTASTIC LOCATION
Pros:

Hotel was clean, quiet and great value for money. We had a few issues but, upon speaking to the very helpful people on reception, these small issues were sorted. I always think its good if you experience a problem to give them the opportunity to rectify before leaving then writing a bad review. As people have pointed out, breakfast was basic, but its included in the price and was always plentiful. Room was a really good size with lots of storage space and good kitchen area. We stayed here for 7 nights during a graduation trip and will definitely be returning. Shout out to Tanaya, Basma and Angela who were working reception whilst we were there and were always helpful, courteous and friendly. :) would 100% recommend if visiting this area

The size of the room was bigger then I expected. We, as family of 4, had a lots of space. The staff was an amazing, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Cons:

The size of the swimming pool wasn’t the best. In the busy time it wasn’t enough space for everyone

Very good location and size of room, but make sure not in room facing main street!

Best Hotel Experience
Pros:

Stayed here for my friend’s wedding and had an amazing experience. Special thanks to Austin from Valet for helping me with my luggage and taking it up to my room. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had one of the best views of downtown Orlando. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Was a very pleasant stay. Jameson helped me and my friend a lot while we were there for Rolling Loud. Close to some great restaurants, walks, and grocery/convenience stores. The rooftop pool is super nice as well.
