Schön, sauber, gut gelegen.
Pros:

Die Suite war sehr geräumig, modern und sehr sauber. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das nahgelegene Brauhaus hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Eingang zum Yosemite NP war etwa 20 Minuten entfernt und Tunnel View etwa 60 Minuten.

Nous avons eu un très gros problème à l’arrivée, Booking n’avait pas réglé la chambre à l’hôtel. L’hôtel n’a rien voulu savoir, la personne à l’accueil a eu aucune compassion et nous a laissé nous débrouiller. Au final nous n’avons pas eu le choix que de payer à nouveau notre chambre, il était 22h30, sinon nous dormions dehors avec nos enfants. j’ai fait remonter le problème à Booking, je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelles depuis plus de 24 heures. Dans l’histoire, nous avons payé deux fois la chambre et personne ne réagit. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service de Booking. J’attends une réponse rapidement.
