A fun time at the Miramar
Pros:

Matthew the valet and Victor the concierge provided fantastic support and help. In fact they were typical of all the staff who were professional courteous and respectful plus they were friendly and so having a chat was very enjoyable
So if you are in Santa Monica stay at the Miramar hotel it is a great experience

Pros:

I got my first room and was not pleased with it, although the view was impeccable. I called Destiny at the front desk and she made the changes with minimal cost to make me happy. Destiny was the greatest!

Cons:

Some of the rooms were older and the decor could use a refresh.

Best hotel in Santa Monica
Pros:

The service at this hotel is impeccable. Overall, the feeling is warm and welcoming at all stages, from your arrival experience from valet service from pros like Matthew and Armando to front desk, room service and every other aspect of this great hotel. this is the only place I stay when coming to Santa Monica. Not only is the view beautiful but the rooms are comfortable and feel like a home away from home for a business traveler, especially. I will definitely be back many times.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and lots of activities
Pros:

The location and amenities are great. Both the lobby lounge and Fig restaurant serve delicious food. Love the onsite coffee shop and weekend entertainment as well.

Cons:

WiFi around the hotel is poor, making it difficult to work out of hotel. Lounge seating at the pool is limited.
