Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very helpful Valet parking!!!
Noisy above us. I guess that's without saying. Since it's downtown Cincinnati.
Breakfast wasn’t bad. It was eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal etc. nice clean room with stove, dishwasher, fridge. Bathroom/shower was large and good lighting. The property itself is nice and clean.
We had a room facing the Main Street very loud at night with club music ( I’m assuming one was near). The WiFi on the tv didn’t work so we couldn’t stream anything like Netflix, prime etc which kinda sucked (the front desk said it’s been down for a couple days) however the WiFi on your phone worked. The area was pretty ran down. You can tell they are trying to remodel the area but wasn’t anything interesting to do. The valet is $40 and they took forever to get the car bcuz they park a few blocks away. Overall not a bad stay for one night. Not sure I would stay again for the price and location.
Location was great, breakfast was a nice spread, room was comfortable
Window opened onto a narrow shaft between halves of the building. On one hand it was nice and quiet due to no street noise but on the other there wasn’t anything interesting to look out at
The price for the room was great and worth it.

I loved the convenience of the hotel. It was walking distance to the Heritage Bank Center and to so many good restaurants. I also loved how clean the room and the property were. It’s very inviting! The staff was super friendly, the hot free breakfast was good, and the bed was super soft and comfy. I also loved that the room had a fridge, freezer; cooktop, and a dishwasher.
Greeted warmly. Close to several destinations in downtown Cincinnati. Pleasant morning desk lady day 2. Good breakfast. Very good gym. Thank you.
Breakfast and location were good. Room was good size.
It wasn't very clean. Floor was sickly surfaces were dirty. Stains on wall.
the tall ceiling and nice community spaces and amenities!!
shower door was interesting
Breakfast was great
Couch in our room had large cleaning stain, and overall looked dirty
This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was modern and I was surprised to have a full kitchen (minus the oven).
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast was good and had more options than most.
The location was a huge plus, everything was within walking distance or just two blocks from the streetcar.
We also loved the pool.
The only thing I wish we had was an extension drying line in the shower for our swimwear.
