Nos casamos el 16 de mayo. Utilizamos la habitación 113, para arreglarse la novia. Muy amplia y comoda. Mucha iluminación y salen fotos preciosas. El chico de la recepción Javier, muy profesional, trato con el cliente excepcional, gracias Javier!!

Cons:

Tuvimos que coger dos noches obligatorias porque la boda era de tarde. No nos dieron ni una cocacola de cortesía, no tuvieron ningún detalle hacia los novios.

De locatie van het hotel is echt perfect en zonder twijfel het grootste pluspunt. Het hotel ligt tegenover het centrum, op ongeveer vijf minuten lopen van de boulevard en iets verder lopen sta je al op het strand. Er zijn daarnaast volop leuke restaurants en cafés in de omgeving. Wat dat betreft is de locatie absoluut een 10/10.

De kamer was schoon en hygiënisch en het tweepersoonsbed sliep heerlijk.

Cons:

Helaas was de slaapbank een enorme tegenvaller. Je voelde letterlijk iedere ijzeren veer door het matras heen, waardoor hier nauwelijks op te slapen was. We hebben gevraagd of er een extra matras of topper beschikbaar was, maar die was er niet. Wat we vooral jammer vonden, was dat er verder totaal niet werd meegedacht of een andere oplossing werd aangeboden. Terwijl je wel de volledige prijs betaalt voor een driepersoonskamer, mag je verwachten dat ook de derde slaapplek comfortabel is.

Ook de service liet helaas te wensen over. Bij hotels in deze prijsklasse ben ik gewend dat je bij aankomst wordt geholpen met de koffers en naar je kamer wordt begeleid. Ook bij vertrek hadden we meerdere zware koffers en hadden we zichtbaar moeite om deze naar de taxi te krijgen, maar het personeel bood geen hulp aan. Daarnaast vroegen we om extra handdoeken voor het strand. Tot onze verbazing moesten we hiervoor borg betalen, terwijl dit gewoon de handdoeken van de kamer waren. Ook toen we om een extra deken vroegen omdat het ’s nachts koud was en er alleen een laken op het bed lag, kregen we te horen dat we tot de volgende dag moesten wachten. Op meerdere momenten hadden we het gevoel dat het personeel liever de makkelijkste weg koos dan echt met de gasten mee te denken. Ze waren niet onvriendelijk, maar de klantvriendelijkheid en service vonden wij duidelijk onder de maat.

Al met al hebben we dankzij de fantastische locatie en de nette kamer toch een prettig verblijf gehad. Zou ik dit hotel nog een keer boeken? Met twee personen wel.

The location is very good! Walking distance from everything

Cons:

Sadly will never come back. The smell in the hotel is unbearable. Entering the lobby was okay and everything was friendly but the stained carpet in the entrance says it all. The moment we stepped foot in the elevator the smell was terrible and we were told to check out the 7th floor for the football game and my cousin and I have never smelled anything this bad that we couldn’t stay. We went to the 5th floor for our room it was bearable and the rooms were clean. The hotel needs to fix their bathrooms and the cleaning should be taken into consideration.

Good hotels, but suffers from location issues
Pros:

The rooms were very well presented and the air conditioning was very good. The breakfast was also excellent.

The location is ridiculous no mapping system can find it. No parking. Irritated staff.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale
Pros:

Hotel in posizione perfetta, all'inizio della strada principale di Malaga, in posizione strategica per visitare tutto il centro storico e anche la parte vicino al porto.
Camera pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, bagno molto spazioso.
Piscina piccola ma utilizzabile per rinfrescarsi, molto bella anche la terrazza con bar, personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Prezzo della colazione troppo alto, non ne abbiamo usufruito.
