Great stay, fun location, easy access to downtown!
Pros:

It was very clean and comfy and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Parking was difficult. The garage that was along side the hotel was so small. It had very, very limited parking and it is very hard to turn around inside. They did validate my parking in the garage.

Plastic wrapped cutlery and paper plates and cups for breakfast!
My room was noisy as it looked out onto the highway.

I didn’t like that the parking was very disconnected from the hotel. The parking was very confusing.

A good place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. I was surprised that they didn't have the waffle maker. I've had it at every other Springhill Suites location in which I have stayed. My room was nice. It had everything that I needed.

Cons:

The parking was horrendous. My car sensors went off as I drove up and down the ramps to park. My sister and brother-in-law have a handicap parking lanyard and it saved us a couple of nights when there was no other parking available in the lot.

Pros:

I felt secure, the staff was nice, the facilities were clean and the location is great. The breakfast is really good, I like the cold and hot options and coffee.

Cons:

The mattress was hard as a rock, in fact both of them were. I had a hard time sleeping because I felt like I was laying on concrete. The heating/cooling unit was loud.

Parking is a BITCHHHHHHHHH cause they have limited parking, first day I got lucky but other days took me 1-2 hours to find parking
