the best stay we have had so far everything nearby loved it

Pros:

The hallway to your room alone was gorgeous. The room was a good size. We had two beds. Good size closet and drawers. Very clean. The staff is wonderful. Evan got a hug when I left

Cons:

Went through booking dot com. Not happy. I wanted a hotel with breakfast, an indoor pool and a hot tub. My criteria.They showed me the Heritage house. It looked great, booked it . Day before I went, I got a text that said something like by the way you have to go to another hotel for breakfast and pool. I'm 62 and my friend is 68, with some medical issues. Felt extremely deceiving

One of my best stays in Hyannis!
Pros:

I enjoyed the accessibility to Hyannis and surrounding areas of the hotel. The staff was very kind and the hotel was nicely organized and cleaned.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like, the parking was very accessible and accommodating.

We stayed here on both ends of our nantucket trip and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. the rooms were clean, beds

Cons:

Even in a smoke free room people were smokin pot all through the night and made it extremely horrible for my pregnant wife and 8 year old son. we had to leave a full day early

Felt like this was a bait and switch
Pros:

This is a bait and switch operation. While the hotel is run as an ascend property, in reality, it was connected to the comfort inn on the same site. That means that breakfast is at the comfort inn not at this hotel. And the breakfast was terrible

Cons:

This is a property connected to the comfort inn. So the front desk at the property was not staffed half the time. If there was a problem you had to drive up to the comfort inn check, invest and report there

Pros:

Off season staff offer us to stay in the main building in lieu of the Heritage House. Made it much more convenient for us. Desk person Carla was super nice and made sure we were settled in.
