Fabulous stay in a great location for a great price!

Property was in a great location- rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff is super friendly and helpful - and all for a great price!

Beautiful room, excellent , wonderful staff

Cons:

Although the decor and rooms were gorgeous, you have to walk up stairs to top floor rooms, and walk across a slopping parking lot to go to breakfast and use the pool. But I would still stay there again!

Für eine Nacht sehr gut!
Pros:

Das Motel liegt nah am Hafen von Hyannis. Ausreichend Parkflächen direkt am Haus vorhanden.
Das Bett ist riesig und bequem, ebenso ist das Zimmer groß und sauber mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf den Parkplatz und direkt am Eingang. Das war mitunter recht laut durch rücksichtslose Gäste.
Ein sehr heller Scheinwerfer strahlt direkt in das Fenster, welches sich nur durch ein halbdurchsichtiges Rollo etwas verdunkeln lässt.

Fresh beachy hotel in central location
Pros:

Newly redesigned and renovated, lovely decor details give a beach resort vibe. Rooms sparkling clean.

Cons:

The room could have used a light near the coffee station at the back - it was dark and hard to see.

Pros:

Tim on the front desk was extremely helpful & professional ; the Hotel location is a very short walk to Steamship Authority for Nantucket Ferry. An excellent stay & surely will book again on next visit to Hyannis.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, everything exceeded our expectations !

Pros:

Hotel was very clean. The room was nicely appointed and again super clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice television. Great location for a couple of days right there at the end of main Street 5-minute walk and same down to the waterfront access to the ferry and a few restaurants there. I would stay there again. No question.

Location is great for walking down to the harbor

Cons:

The breakfast is horrible, their "hot breakfast" is simply microwaved watery tasteless eggs and sausage with hard overcooked spots, there are no alternative milk options for lactose intolerant individuals, the fruit was moldy, the waffles are okay but pretty tasteless. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing, tv channels didn't come in, MOLD in our bathroom, windows screwed shut, the refrigerator in the room froze all our food and we had to throw out well over $100 worth of food. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, the ac in our room was very nosey as well.

Nice room, reasonable price.
Pros:

We got in late and were able to check in quickly to a clean and chilly room. We slept 6 hours got up and left before 6am. No problems.

Cons:

The room air conditioner was cranked down to 65 degrees. Easy fix.
