It was ok. I may look elsewhere next time I’m in the area.
Pros:

Clean. Great location.

Cons:

Staff was not very welcoming. Walls were thin. We could hear the laundry room, as well as our neighbors talking. Location was great in terms of proximity, however it is also located right across the street from the fire station and we were woken up at 7am by very loud sirens.

Pros:

Generic vibe, competent. Too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Good rooms, clean

Cons:

$15.90 for parking. That is an unreasonable rip.
The side facing the road is noisy- lots of big trucks. I asked for a quiet room location- it was not.
One (of two) elevators was down.

The staff,
Pros:

The housekeeping crew -outstanding. Don't think I've slept on a better made bed, and I have quite a few years on me. They did such a good job, I hope they are well-supported and compensated.

All of the staff were engaging and welcoming, such a helpful thing after a long drive.

Cons:

You guys know this, the extra parking fee. I can see that on holidays, or especially busy times, but this is like a car dealership extra profit line, leaves a bad taste.

This is not a big deal- the breakfast went from 6 or so to 10. I had a boat ride early and walked in a couple of minutes after ten, that's on me, but at the same time, would have been grateful for a little grace. Appreciated the coffee bar though.

Very comfortable large room with kitchenette, Vue bar and restaurant excellent and staff were amazing ! Location was great and peaceful at night !

Pleasant Surprise!
Pros:

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room we booked had a beautiful view of Dillon Lake. It is farther away from other restaurants, but it's close to Scrappy's Pizza, best pizza ever!

Wonderful Wedding Anniversary Stay!!!
Pros:

General Manager Shawn O'Neill provided exceptional customer service in going above and beyond in making sure my wife and I had a top floor 1-bedroom suite with an incredible mountain and lake view to enjoy our 50th wedding anniversary stay in! His front office staff consisting of Eduardo, Bri, Diego, Debbie and Tucker were all extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our one week stay. Angel (maintenance) was so kind and thorough in fixing the garbage disposal in our kitchenette as well as the AC, and I was very impressed with the care he took in warning us not to get in the hot tub while he was testing and adjusting the chemicals. All staff members we encountered during our stay showed that they truly cared about us just like we were part of their "family". Chloe, our server at The Vue rooftop restaurant, was exceptionally kind, professional and and caring! One of the best hotel stays we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing!!!
