Lovely beach front hotel
Pros:

The rooms here and lovely and clean. Staff are very helpful and it is in a very peaceful location with the beach directly opposite.

Cons:

The pool area is covered by solar panels so not much sun, with only 4 sun beds and the pool itself is a bit cold.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing — every morning we could watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, and in the evening relax while listening to the sound of the waves.
The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay even better.
The breakfast was also excellent with a huge variety of food to choose from every day.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with an unforgettable ocean view!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Dachterrasse und Pool. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Mieten eines Rollers war kein Problem und ist auch empfehlenswert. Es wird immer und überall geputzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer gereinigt und nachgefüllt .. sehr lobenswert! Preis-Leistung wirklich top!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch etwas modrig/schimmelig … wir konnten nicht herausfinden woher der Geruch stammte .. das Frühstück war okay, kein Highlight. Wer nicht viel Wert aufs Frühstück legt, ist gut beraten.

Great stay in the middle of the action. Walking distance to restaurants,ATM and entertainment. Highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, most helpful staff, large quiet room, central to all the Hoi An has to offer.

Cons:

The only small thing was the shower head spewed water out of the screw connection and they couldn’t replace the washer in the three days we stayed

Small hotel in a large pool of options but great for its service and value for a family on a budget
Pros:

The staff were really helpful. I didn't read the bedding recommendations on the booking site and ended up with two rooms with four beds for 5 people. The staff were very accommodating and assisted me to change to a family room. They also provided towels to take to the beach and other waterparks. Reception was very responsive. Compared to other places on site this was by far better value for money. Other fantastic point is that they have the beach across the road and they have access to fresh water for you to wash off before coming back inside. This way you don't have to go to the crowded spots where the locals go. Local marts and street food within walking distance but limited range. Located away from the centre but I like to get away from the Karaoke and horns.

Cons:

The photos of the rooms make it look bigger. We just came from Vung Tau in which rooms were large so was a little disappointed. However, after staying at Da Nang and seeing how it is filled with tourists the price was good for what we paid I understand its size. The complimentary buffet wasn't as big as other places but for breakfast it was well suffice with mix of Vietnamese and English breakfast options.
