Tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen! Jake an der Rezeption ist Gold wert!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Louisville. Die Innenstadt ihrer Attraktionen liegen alle in der Laufweite großzügig ausgestattet. Das Zimmer mit einer kleinen küchennecke, hochwertige Oberflächen und sehr gemütlich. Frühstück war Inklusiv, täglich abwechselnd und sehr lecker. In der Lobby gibt es rund um die Uhr kostenfreien Kaffee und kostenfreies Flaschenwasser. Ebenso gibt es einen Swimmingpool und kostenfrei nutzbare Webergrills.
Besonders toll war der hervorragende Service an der Rezeption von Jake. Als wir bemerkt haben, dass das Zimmer für drei Personen tatsächlich nur ein Bett hat, hat er uns unkompliziert zu einem größeren Zimmer verholfen, auch wenn wir das kleinere Zimmer selber so gebucht hatten. Ebenso hat er uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tipps zum Grillen sowie Zubehör mit Zangen und Gewürze gegeben. Dabei war er immer sehr freundlich und zugewandt – so stellt man sich einen Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter vor! Danke Jake!

Cons:

Man könnte auf der Webseite besser darstellen, dass das Zimmer für drei Personen tatsächlich nur ein Bett und kein weiteres Schlafsofa oder Ähnliches hat.

Cons:

The cooling unit was incredibly loud. We switched ours to off to try and get to sleep… still continued to run keeping us awake (both heavy sleepers). If your a light sleeper couldn’t recommend.

large comfy room - full refrigerator and has a cook top.
Pros:

Great breakfast. waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal.... great choices and toppings for yogurt and oatmeal. Breakfast area very clean, lots of tables to eat at.
Large lobby to meet people in. couch and chairs not the most comfortable. Great security - need keys to enter building, elevator and lobby bathroom.

Cons:

upon checking in our room smelled of cigar smoke. asked room cleaner for assistance and she sprayed the room again and opened the window. smell did dissipate after a few hours. location is at the end of the tourist area. need to be mindful of area when walking.

Rooms were very nice bed was comfortable bathroom and was had lots of room

Cons:

They charge you 24.00 a day parking that’s not disclosed. I don’t think you should have to pay 24.00 a day parking on top of the room. There was no where else to park.

2nd you are right of whisky row which is what we were there for. And they have a sign saying you can’t bring alcohol in because they want you to buy it from them

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay for parking and my remote barely worked. We had to keep pressing buttons over and over to get it to do anything.

It was nice but confusing.
Pros:

The overall hotel was very nice. The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The location is very cramped so that is confusing for me, but I do get that it’s in the city so it’s understandable. I didn’t mind to park in the garage across the alley/street but was not aware ahead of time this was a separate charge until after I checked out and they tried to rerun my card for 2 days worth of parking fees. I assumed when texting me a QR code pass, it was for hotel guests to park as opposed to just anybody using the parking garage. (Maybe that fee should just be part of the price to stay there.) Also, the man checking me in tried to charge me the full amount plus the incidental fee, saying I hadn’t paid already thru booking.com. 😬 So, that flustered me as well. The stay was fine overall facilities-wise.

Good, but could be better.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was good. Felt safe throughout my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had enough to make the stay a good one. I liked it there except for a few things.

Cons:

The rooms are not well-lit; there wasn't enough light in the bedroom and bathroom. There was also no light/lamp on the study desk/table. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, with a tiny shower head. I was also not told I would be paying for parking, but later saw it on my bill when I left.
