The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael who was wonderful.N9thing The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the hotel location was quiet and was an easy walk to places of interest.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, centrum, blisko starego miasta. Czysto, miło i przytulnie, hotel prawie nowy. Obsługa pomocna i sympatyczna. Śniadania bardzo dobre.
The location was great, central and not a very long walk to the old town. All the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, very attentive.
Our telephone in the room did not work. Wish they’re were instructions on how to use air conditioner, how to change the different shower heads. The view was not the best, but I understand it was central.

Edifício moderno, sem remendos. Muitíssimo bom, nada mesmo a apontar. Transformaram duas camas single em uma, de casal, em minutos, apesar de ser domingo. Sala dos pequenos-almoços sempre com mesas compostas, sem pratos sujos por levantar como acontece com muitos 4 estrelas. Sumo de laranja natural e queijo e compotas muito acima da média usados nos hotéis. Profissionais com muito brio e dedicação. Destaque para a recepcionista Samantha.
