The team at reception is outstanding. We arrived one day earlier than we were supposed to, and they made arrangements to find us a room and made it possible for us to check in earlier. The team at breakfast was super effective and discreet, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was very clean. The cleaning staff was so joyful.
Our room was very comfortable, even though the view was not so interesting, and they left us some treats throughout the stay. The bath towels were soooo comfy, the shower was amazing and they offered us towels to go to the beach, without any extra charge.
We really felt pampered by all the teams and we couldn't have chosen better.
The location was the best, especially for those who rent a car. There's free parking nearby and the hotel offers parking as well for a reasonable price. In 5 minutes walking, you're in the old town of Chania.

The breakfast was good. Had the most we wanted and it felt fresh.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
We also tried the room service which was very price worthy and tasty.
From looking at the pictures and the description of our room it looked like it had a balcony with two chairs and a table. But it turned out it was only one chair with a tiny furniture. This did not ruin our stay at all, but would definetly appreciate a more transparent information both in text and from pictures.

We were upgraded from a balcony room to a room with a terrace on arrival. The staff is very friendly and helpful (thank you very much!). The location of the hotel is very close to the old town and the beaches. The breakfast is very good with quite a lot of choices (salty/sugary). In front of the hotel there is a supermarket (handy).
Very good location, close to everything. Daily towel and bedsheet change even if the towels were left hanging (not on the floor), also 2 bottles of water were left everyday in the minibar. We were met with Cretan sweets in the room, which was a nice detail. Strong air conditioner. Superb breakfast.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a car, keep in mind that the roads were closed around the hotel for maintenance
O quarto era muito confortável, o colchão não era nada daqueles moles (parecia novo), almofadas perfeitas, as toalhas de banho grossas, daquelas mesmo boas, estava tudo limpo. O pequeno-almoço era variado e muito bom. O hotel moderno, simples e elegante! Funcionários muito simpáticos. A localização era perfeita!
Para mim foi mesmo o melhor, 5*.
