Beautiful place
Pros:

Comfortable, clean rooms. The staff at the hotel was always helpful and friendly. We came to our Guru's darshan, the most convenient and close location. There is a market and a cafe nearby.

Massively overpriced, very run down inside. Better alternatives nearby
Pros:

Location was ok. Breakfast was good. Staff were great.

Cons:

Really really dated. Room smelt of damp. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation. Absolutely not worth that price. Prob worth about half.

Breakfast and location of the hotel

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel in 2019 and 2023 and it was very good. Now I feel the hotel has dropped its standards and isn't what it used to be. The cleanliness is not brilliant.

Bit overpriced but lovely staff and good location.
Pros:

Staff- very helpful and friendly. I am pretty sure this hotel has high rating just because of the good hardworking staff and location.

Cons:

Room was basic for the 10k I paid per night. Floorboards were chipped. Breakfast is very basic.

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

The hotel kept us informed prior to check-in and the check-in was good. The reception staff was responsive and generally good. Access to Juhu beach is excellent...only 5 mins walk.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Access to power socket at the desk was difficult - had to remove the small fridge to plug-in my laptop.
Aircon stopped working at night and was down for several hours through out the hotel.
We were thrown out of the dinning room at breakfast time to allow for a wedding party function. Only alternative was to have limited breakfast in the bedroom.
