Pros:

Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Unsere Nüsse, die auf dem Tisch standen, sind leider nach dem Besuch von der Reinigungskraft verschwunden.
Wünschenswert wären noch Handtuchhalter sowie Kosmetiktücher und Frühstück direkt vor Ort.

Nije nam se dopalo to sto nas niko nije docekao, vec se sve vrsi online putem...takodje lokacija nije bas pristupacna kao sto smo procitali u ostalim recenzijama.Takodje nismo ocekivali da ce se na cijenu koja nije niska naplacivati dodatno i parking mjesto 15€ po danu.

The room and service experience did not match the expectations created by the listing.

The location was reasonably convenient for visiting Split.

Cons:

The actual room did not match the expectations created by the listing photographs and review score.
The room was much smaller and more minimally furnished than expected. Storage space was extremely limited, with only a small open rail and 2 hangers for two guests travelling with luggage.
Amenities were basic and insufficient for two people. Only two bath towels were provided, with no hand towels or face towels. Toiletries were minimal and consisted only of a small shower gel bottle 30 ml and soap bar.
During our stay we discovered that the hairdryer was not functioning and there was exposed visible wiring near the mirror area, which raised safety concerns.
The most disappointing part was the response to our concerns. Instead of attempting to address the issues or find a practical solution, management immediately adopted a defensive position and rejected all feedback.

Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard suggested by the property’s photographs, rating and description.

A lovely accomodation with breathtaking views of the Split Bay as well as very well positioned to the city center and Ma
Pros:

The view was amazing and located close to the city center and mall.

Cons:

The property was lovely. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to add a kettle/coffee station. More specific to our situation as we had a baby that needed boiling water for bottles

Geen aanrader , hotel is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Ik raad aan om een andere keuze te maken. Teleurgesteld vertrokken.
Pros:

Je kan zelf makkelijk inchecken met een pin code wat het wel fijn maakt.

Cons:

-Locatie was ver van centrum.
-Douche werkte niet naar behoren.
-toilet houder , kast , lade , in het algemeen opberg ruimte ontbraken enorm.
-Bed lag enorm ingezonken.
-Over het algemeen intbreken er basis faciliteiten aan de kamer.
-Muren waren enorm dun , je kan je buren hard horen..

Not justifying the price and less amenities
Cons:

The room photos shown here did not reflect reality, and the experience was very poor. It did not meet expectations or justify the price. There were very few facilities and amenities (the reality was completely different from what was described and shown in the pictures). Very bad Cleanliness in room.

Breakfast is not offered at the hotel. Instead, use food vouchers to visit one of the three partner cafés, which are also so far by distance (30 minutes) from the hotel.

Fantastic accommodation with lovely staff!
Pros:

A clean, well located apartment with all the right amenities in a secure area. Lovely hosts who are very accommodating and very easy to communicate with!

Trop éloigné du centre-ville et beaucoup de déception
Pros:

Propriétaire agréable et très ponctuelle, beaucoup de conseils pour visiter la ville.
Chambres modernes, propres et décorées avec goût.
Immeuble très sécurisé et très propre.

Cons:

Je suis désolé, mais je ne vais pas vous mentir, sur mon road-trip de 5 hôtels/chambres d'hôtes en Croatie, c'est celui qui m'a le plus déçu :
Logement très éloigné du centre-ville, c'est de ma faute je n'aurai pas pensé être à une telle distance.
Chambres très exigus.
Pas de petit-déjeuner inclus (alors que les photos le laisse penser...).
Literie de la chambre du 1er étage à revoir !
Finition de la chambre du 3ème étage à terminer : câble électrique pendant à côté du miroir de la salle de bain et autres petits détails.
Serviettes qui ont vraiment "vécues" et qui méritent d'être renouvelées de toute urgence.

Pros:

We kregen een gratus upgrade naar een mooiere kamer, de host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De omgeving was wat minder, je zat in de suburbs en dat zag er wat armoedig uit. Het pand waar wij in sliepen was daarin tegen super mooi.

.Although we arrived well before our check-in time, the staff was able to accommodate us. The room looked exactly as shown in the pictures, and the view from the top floor was mesmerizing. Overall, I loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Er war nicht so wie auf den Fotos auf Booking, da vom Einzelzimmer keine Fotos existieren.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein , es war ein Einzelzimmer. Es war eine kleine Kammer mit einem Einzelbett, einem Fenster Fernseher + Klimaanlage.
