Cons:

Nicht die gewünschten Zimmer, Doppelzimmer mit Einzelzimmer verwechselt, sehr träge Bedienung am Frühstücksbuffet,
ein Zimmersafe ging gar nicht und ein Zimmersafe ließ sich am Tag der Abreise nicht mehr öffnen, die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat die Geschäftsführerin und Hotelmanagerin angerufen beide hat es nicht interessiert und haben sich nicht bemüht, obwohl im Safe Haustürschlüssel, Autoschüssel und Bargeld lag. Daraufhin haben wir die Polizei gerufen wurden über den Sachverhalt aufgeklärt und selbst daraufhin hat sich keiner bemüht. Wir haben gesagt bekommen, dass der Safe am Montag geöffnet wird und der Inhalt auf dem Postweg zugesandt wird. Daraufhin hat das Ehepaar des betroffenen Zimmers schriftlich festgehalten das das eine Zimmer erst bezahlt wird wenn die Sachen angekommen sind. Am Mittwoch kam ein halb zerfester Brief an, ohne Anschreiben und Entschuldigung. Als die Besitzer im Hotel nachfragten, wo sie das Geld für das Zimmer überweisen sollen, kam als Antwort das das Geld am Sonntag schon von meiner VISA karte abgebucht wurde. Nach einem weiteren Anruf im Hotel kam die Mitarbeiter in einer absoluten Arroganz rüber. Wir bzw. die Komplette Reisegruppe wird dieses Hotel nie wieder betreten und werden das Verhalten dieses Hotels weiter in der Öffentlichkeit preisgeben.

Ruhig, sauber, modern, gemütlich.
Pros:

Die Lage und Ruhe trotzt Bahnhofsnähe. Die Räumlichkeiten beim Frühstück hat ein modernes Erscheinungsbild und man fühlt sich wohl.

Cons:

Im Hotel direkt gibt es kein Restaurant für Abendessen, was auf der booking Seite mit Restaurant aufgeführt wird. Aber im EG ist ein zu empfehlendes Asien-Restaurant.

All was good, including the parking, except the location. It is really 20m from the train station and the trains are heard and I could feel the train coming during the night.

Cons:

unfortunatelly, the trains are being heard and we can feel the vibration. This is not a problem of the hotel staff, but simply the location is not optimal.

Neues, stilvoll designtes Hotel in guter Lage (nahe am Bahnhof und an der Innenstadt); unser Zimmer lag in Richtung Stadtseite, daher kaum Lärm; gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal; gerne wieder
