Pros:

Was a 7 min walk from the main train and bus station.
A 30 min walk to matsumoto castle and other nice places.
They had free popsicles, massage chairs, every evening they give one free drink at the restaurant.
They had a wide selection of food for breakfast and we felt like we were able to find something for both of us

Cons:

The bathroom sink faucets water pressure was really strong and we had to use the sink outside the bathroom

Excellent Hotel experience
Pros:

Excellent location 5min walk from the station and the city center. Very beautiful onsen on the top floor, massage chairs provided as well. The room was very spacious and the bed big and comfortable. Last but not least, the most helpful staff we met in Japan by far.

Cons:

The breakfast lounge was quite small, waited quite some time in line to enter.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced - would stay again
Pros:

The hotel provides a number of additional facilities and services that are a step above many others in this class; e.g. welcome drink, facility station outside the elevator on each floor, free iced dessert outside the public bath. It was particularly convenient to access irons/humidifiers/pyjamas freely outside the elevator on each floor, as opposed to having to go down to reception. The rooms are rather large (although I am cognisant of the fact that it is Matsumoto, having more space in general) by Japanese standards, and the hotel is very well located within minutes of Matsumoto station, restaurants, Matsumoto castle, and various rental car agencies.

Cons:

The pillows were not great (although I would say they are standard for a Japanese hotel).

Sobretot la localització. Al costat de l’estació de tren i busos.

Alguna persona de recepció no ens va ajudar gaire amb un tema de maletes, ni va ser especialment empàtica.

Hotel cómodo y con buenos servicios
Pros:

Buenos servicios, lavandería y sillones de masajes (gratis), además de baños buenos. A diferentes horas te ofrecen una bebida gratis, o un cuenco de arroz o un café. La habitación es pequeña pero muy bien aprovechado el espacio.

Cons:

Para tener cocina en la habitación, no hay utensilios para cocinar

Mooie locatie, fijn verblijf!
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. De kamers zijn super schoon en slim ingericht. De wasmachine werkt perfect en er is genoeg mogelijkheid tot het ophangen van de was.

Cons:

De gereserveerde en bevestigde kamer op de bovenste verdieping was uiteindelijk niet voor ons gereserveerd en dat was jammer.

Everything you need for a short stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Lots of things to make your life easier such as washing machine in room and drying racks. Super convenient to the train station and the old town and castle. Very happy with my choice

ベッドに関してだけ不快
Pros:

立体駐車場がホテルの前だったので助かりましたし、部屋に洗濯機と洗剤が準備されていたのでとても助かりました。

Cons:

３人で一部屋を利用したのですが…１つのベッドが床に直置きで、不快な気分になりました。まだ、高さのある簡易ベッドの方が有難かったです。

Gute Lage und freundliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Morgens gibt es ein phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet! Die Lage ist sehr gut, vom Bahnhof zum Hotel sind es 300m. Zum Matsumoto Castle kann man mit dem Bus fahren oder in ca. 15 Minuten laufen. Das Hotel bot während unseres Aufenthalts abends freie Drinks und kostenlose japanische Suppen an.
