Gute Lage und freundliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Morgens gibt es ein phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet! Die Lage ist sehr gut, vom Bahnhof zum Hotel sind es 300m. Zum Matsumoto Castle kann man mit dem Bus fahren oder in ca. 15 Minuten laufen. Das Hotel bot während unseres Aufenthalts abends freie Drinks und kostenlose japanische Suppen an.

ベッドに関してだけ不快
Pros:

立体駐車場がホテルの前だったので助かりましたし、部屋に洗濯機と洗剤が準備されていたのでとても助かりました。

Cons:

３人で一部屋を利用したのですが…１つのベッドが床に直置きで、不快な気分になりました。まだ、高さのある簡易ベッドの方が有難かったです。

Interesting to be the only foreigner in the breakfast room!

大変ゆっくりできて良かったです
Pros:

新しく清潔。
部屋が広いのと温泉がついているのがよかった

Cons:

朝食の係りの女性が1人で対応しており大変そうで、かなりアップアップしててちょっと朝食の雰囲気が慌ただしかったのが勿体無い。
受付の女性は、片付けとか席の案内をせずに受付だけに専念した方が良いと思う。

Pros:

施設が全体的に清潔で、デザインが綺麗でした。お部屋も許容部も余計なものがなく、心地よかったです。
朝食も、和食のおかずの種類がとても多く、おいしく、旅で不足しがちな野菜をしっかり取れて、とてもよかったです。

Pros:

A short walk from Matsumoto JR; it’s nearer to the bus terminal. Has a public bath, and even provided happy hour drinks and night snacks. Breakfast was ample and not overly crowded, friendly to solo travellers.

Ruime kamer in fijn hotel
Pros:

Fijne ruime kamer, badkamer was klein. Prima bedden . Ontbijt is een aanrader, heel uitgebreid (wel vnl Japans).
