Bad experience good reception
Pros:

My experience at Tropical Garden Hotel was just average. The hotel has an excellent location, and the bed was comfortable and of good quality.

Cons:

However, the room itself was a major disappointment. It felt as if the roof was made of corrugated metal sheets. Whenever it rained or there were strong winds, the noise became unbearable. The sound of the rain hitting the roof was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep. Instead of feeling comfortable, you could actually feel anxious whenever the weather got worse.
The breakfast was another major disappointment. It was very poor, basic, and not worth eating there. What concerned me most was the lack of cleanliness. On several occasions, I saw cockroaches around the breakfast area and near the food. Even worse, staff members were trying to get rid of them in front of guests. This is simply unacceptable for any hotel serving food.
The staff were generally kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point, but the issues with the room during bad weather and, above all, the hygiene problems around breakfast seriously affected my stay.

Znośny ale nie do powtórzenia.
Pros:

Restauracja, zejście na plażę bezpośrednio z hotelu i lokalizacja.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja nie działa, brak ręczników, obsługa nie była najprzyjemniejsza nie wliczając w to obsługi restauracji.

No es tu mejor opción

Poca cosa la verdad.

Cons:

Instalaciones muy muy viejas, desayuno penoso, mucha falta de mantenimiento. Ojo a la hora de pagar con tarjeta, te cobran un 3% de comisión, además estuvimos intentando pagar todo el fin de semana y al final tuvimos que ir a un cajero super lejos porque los que había al lado del hotel no funcionaban.

Nice place good location

Pros:

Las cabañas estaban bien y en general todo.
Piscina verde que no pudimos usar.

Cons:

La piscina estaba verde y era imposible usarla. Buen tamaño pero imposible meterse. El resto ok. Pero las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad.

A really nice stay
Pros:

Beautiful setting with plenty of natural spaces to chill.
Pool is clean and very easily accessible. Be aware that it is used by the public especially during the weekend.
Meals are great! Both breakfasts and dinners. Less variety in the off season, but beautifully prepared.
Apart from one man who couldn't leave the couch and his phone, the staff were amazing, always willing to help.
A great stay overall

Cons:

Nothing significant. Little things like cold water, mould on the bathroom ceiling, and a below par beach dominated by seaweed, makes the place a fraction overpriced in my opinion. But don't hesitate to stay here

non è un luogo per europei.

i signori alle camere ,sono disponibili ,ma devi chiedere sempre tutto te.

eravamo in 4 e mai veniva pulita la camera e siamo tutti rimasti anche senza carta.....

aggiungo che le 2 signore alle colazioni erano oltremodo infastidite dalla nostra presenza.

la colazione sono uova e marmellata.

stop.

tornerò a breve in gambia ,ma mai più in quel posto fatiscente......

Super goed verblijf.Megavriendelijk personeel en topmanager.Alles aanwezig:Gym,zwembad (klein & groot),massagesalon,recreatieruimte...
Op wandelafstand van supermarkt en enkele goede restaurants.Kortom:Topvakantie gehad.
