The best place I've stayed in
Pros:

Excellent service, amazing location, the staff went above and beyond giving service. My husband and I stayed a week there and on his birthday, we happened to mention it to the front desk, they decorated the room, gave him a cake and a handwritten note. The pools were both beautiful. Everything was top tier.

"A big disappointment with poor service for a well-known hotel chain."

Cons:

"The breakfast is not suitable for Turkish guests. The staff is insufficient, and especially the breakfast staff consists of very inexperienced people. There was no experienced manager or supervisor in sight. I asked the reception for extra pillows three times in a single day, but nobody cared or brought them to the room. This is supposed to be a chain hotel in Asia, but the service is absolutely zero."
