My family and myself had a truly wonderful stay at 1Home. The place is spectacular, clean, the service was second to none. Noise level was not an issue. The amenities including pool table and swimming pool were fun.
My almost 3 year old son made friends a long the way including Cindy, Alejandro, Brandon and His two favourites Emmanuel and Jafeth.

1 Homes Preview Cabo is the best and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxed and enjoying stay while in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is modern, clean, and comfortable. I don't think the location can be beat as you're right next to the marina while also having direct access to the beach. My favorite thing about this property is the exceptional service. Whoever does the personnel hiring for this resort deserves a pat on the back because everyone that works there is genuinely welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to the folks servicing the pool area. Benito, Brandon, Edson, Abel and many others provide some of the best poolside service I've ever experienced at any resort in the world. I just can't say enough good things about the hospitality these folks provided during our stay.

Brandon and jafeth were very amazing. His Golf Cart driving skills were out of this world got us to north and Southgate whenever we needed it and was there quickly.
My partner and I just finished our week long get away at 1 homes. We will definitely be coming back. From the atmosphere to the service, the exceptional views to the smiles it was all amazing. We were greeted by Cindy who did an excellent job making us feel at home and remembered through the trip, bringing us treats and helping us find local spots to eat with abuelas. Brandon at the front desk gave us rides and local suggestions with smiles! Helped us come up with a sashimi dish from the fresh tuna we caught. The stars of the trip were Benito and Brandon at the pool. Jokes, laughs, good attitudes and always making sure we felt taken care of. They always remembered who we were and what we liked, and kept us happy and laughing. Watching the World Cup with the staff, reading tarot cards, everything was awesome. The room was beautiful and well furnished, and from the photo you can see the views were jaw dropping. Like I said, we will be back again!
My boyfriend and I came for a vacation to relax and recharge and could not have asked for a better experience. Edson was incredible with his service and attentiveness every single day. He honestly made our vacation!
My husband, 3 year old daughter and I came down for the 4th of July weekend and had the best time relaxing with the best company! We continue to come down because of the people and great food and drinks. Edson has been amazing to us for 9 years+, so has Aaron, Beneito and Abel. There’s so many more to list, but they make our stay amazing every time. We can’t wait to be back!
We stayed at this resort and everyday when we came out to the pool area we were taken care of by Edson. The most professional, incredible, and accommodating person we ever met. Incredibly professional but makes you feel like you met a personal friend!! Make sure when you stay here, you ask for Edson!!!! You will be super impressed.
A group of 8 of us stayed at 1Homes Cabo and could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we checked into the residence to the time we departed we were treated like family. The service was top notch, the drinks were amazing and the resort is clean and comfortable. We each got our own rooms, my husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom baja room#7503 and it was beautiful with great views of the beach! Location is perfect!! We can't wait to come back! We just stayed for our 20th anniversary and brought our kids with and it was hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The ocean view from our room was amazing, the warm tub on the patio was so relaxing and the home was beautiful in every aspect.
The thing that made this stay stand out though was the service at the property. Alejandro worked with us before we arrived and had groceries stocked in our kitchen and helped us book our boating excursion and took care of all the details so we could just relax.
Cindy at the front desk was incredible as well. We forgot some medicine for our daughter and wasn’t sure how we were going to find in Mexico. She worked with a local pharmacy and had it hand delivered in a matter of hours. It was such a relief.
Finally, Martin down at the pool took great care of us while we were down there. It was the best service I’ve ever experienced and everyone was so kind and helpful. It was honestly like a home a home away from home and we were all so sad when we had to leave.

Private chef service for breakfast was perfect! We love chef Max! He led the charge so well. And chef Hugo and chef Manny were amazing. Such an incredible experience. We will be back and will request them again!

1 homes is the best experience in Cabo San Lucas you can ever have Aaron was our bartender upstairs for the week and was beyond amazing and everyone at the bar downstairs by the pool was just as amazing

Chef Max absolutely blew me away with his cooking skills! From the moment we sat down, his confidence and passion for what he does was unmatched. He had me trying things I NEVER thought I would eat, and honestly… every single bite impressed me more than the last.
Not only is he insanely talented in the kitchen, but he’s also so friendly and makes the whole experience fun and unforgettable. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in every dish he creates. If you ever get the chance to experience Chef Max’s cooking, do it — you will not regret it!
