Not like the reviews I read.
Pros:

First time staying here. Booked a studio room and must have been upgraded to a 2 bed accessible unit. Staff although obviously new and training were very polite and got me checked in quickly. Traffic noise was the thing that people were worried about, I didn’t hear the traffic at all. Cleanliness was a pro in the reviews but my room was filthy. The couch appeared to have black mould all over it. Flipped the cushions and had burn holes?? Every chair in the apartment was covered in filth. Spider webs in the corners of the rooms. Not sure if it was cleaning products or something else but the toilet seat needed tended to. Both beds were extremely firm, not what I would call comfortable. There was only 1 remote between 3 aircon units. My opinion is average at best. Worst of all long life milk for my morning coffee. There was a coffee shop downstairs though.

A perfect escape
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean and had an amazing lake view. It had all the necessary amenities to make everyday life easier. The staff members were welcoming, friendly and supportive. I really enjoyed my stay!

Lovely décor and facilities, super friendly front desk, a hidden gem, better than nearby hotel
Pros:

i like the hotel decor, the front desk person was so friendly and helpful and the facilities were beautiful - hidden little gem. My brother who was staying with us arrived the day before and booked another hotel. In comparison he said this one was miles above in the same area.

the IGA downstairs closed too early
