Pros:

Comfortable bed, great location and over all the hotel was clean when we arrived.

Cons:

When we got there we had 2 single beds instead of the queen I had booked. House keeping did not come round at all during our 3 night stay, so beds were not made, towels were not replaced and we ran out of toilet paper.

This is my third year in a row that I have stayed at Punthill Apartment as I attend the Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesse
Pros:

Clean, quiet and amenities good condition. Location is perfect to all we needed.

Cons:

Pillow firmness. Most pillows on offer are extremely soft. It would be nice to have a soft and a medium firmness to the pillows provided.
