Bed squeaked every time I moved
The sink wasn’t cleaned well (there were hairs) and the soap & shower gel were finished. We asked the reception to bring and responded “I’ll check if there is someone available who can bring” and nobody came.

Parking is more complicated than on other locations "Q-Park"
Ontzettend aardig personeel. Ontbijt uitstekend en vers. Alles was goed. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug

we booked a room with balcony on the south overlooking the city, It was beautiful .
Prima ontbijt

De ligging en luxe rustige kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Leuke hotelbar voor een drankje ‘s avonds.
Het ontbijt op zondag is tot 11 uur, maar al vanaf 10.30 uur werden verschillende zaken niet meer aangevuld en moest je erom vragen. En dan duurde het 5-10 min (bijvoorbeeld gekookt eitje, pannenkoekjes). Vanaf 10.45 u werd er al duidelijk opgeruimd en waren bepaalde dingen op (o.a. croissantjes). Toen we dit aangaven bij iemand van het personeel was het antwoord dat het policy was dat ze vanaf 10.45 u gingen opruimen. Daar hebben we ter plekke feedback op gegeven (als het ontbijt tot 11 uur is, verwacht je tot dat tijdstip compleet te kunnen ontbijten). Jammer, want verder was het verblijf top!

Alles war super
Perfecte locatie midden in t centrum.
Mooie, schone kamer en vriendelijke personeel.
Frühstück war sehr gut - für jeden was dabei, sehr vielfältig.
Das Familien Doppelzimmer war super für eine Freundesgruppe von 4 Personen.
Die Doppeldecke - ist für Personen die mit Freunden reisen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Selbst wenn es ein Familienzimmer ist, denke ich nicht das Geschwister sich gerne eine Decke teilen.
Und schade, das die Zimmer nicht gleich groß sind.
