I'm diabetic and therefor i donot eat the food in hotels. They always serm to do things with the food
For instant there was a fire alarm early in the morning, yelling us to leave the building instantly. The message was only for a few minutes and nothing was said about it is fake or it is over. I stayed for a night extra and i was'nt told that an extra key was needed. They help you perfectly if you ask for something, but do not think about the clients comfort . I came out of the elevator and a woman from the hotel asked me how can i help you and was quite irritated when i wanted to be left alone
Das Zimmer war sehr schön (habe ja auch viel mehr dafür bezahlt ).

Lage super.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber: Haare auf dem Bett, im Bett und schwarze Punkte im Bett. Badezimmer war ein Licht am Spiegel kaputt Spiegel war verschmiert und überall Wassertropfen. Nach, anscheinend, 2ter Säuberung waren die Haare und so weg aber ich bezweifle dass das Bett wirklich frisch aufgezogen wurde. Lampe war gewechselt aber noch immer überall Wasserflecken.
Am nächsten Morgen am Frühstücksbuffet, wieder Haare, dieses Mal auf dem Croissant meines Partners. Getränke und Snacks überteuert.
Nachmittag als wir unser "Wiedergutmachungs Bon) eingelöst haben(eine Tasse Kaffee und eine Coca-Cola) wurde Punkt 16h00 das Licht im Botanica ausgeschaltet und wir saßen im Dunkeln (das habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht gesehen in einem Hotel). Ebenso war ich erstaunt keine Orangenmarmelade vor zu finden beim Frühstück. Als Allergiker vertrage ich leider nur Diese. Und wie erwähnt, nach 60-70 Hotels in meinem Leben das Erste ohne Orangenmarmelade 😳

Water is not provided in the room, and there is no kettle for heating water. The mattress is a little too firm, the towels are quite small, and the fire alarm was activated without any apparent reason.
