Pros:

From the moment we arrived at Melas Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The property is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations at every meal. Every member of the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality.

A very special thank you goes to Asu, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who truly made our stay exceptional. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality set her apart. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our visit was perfect — always checking in, anticipating our needs, and resolving anything we asked with a smile. It's rare to meet someone who cares so genuinely about guests, and Asu is exactly that person.

We left feeling like family, and that's thanks to the wonderful team — especially Asu. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable holiday!
