מאוד אוהבים את יפן והינו במסר רב של ציונות בעבר את המלון הזה פחות אהבנו לא את המיקום , השירות ולא הארוחות

מקום נחמד לא ממש קרוב לאזור של אמריקן וילג למרכז עצמו .

Cons:

לא אהבנו את המיקום , את הארוחת בוקר אין הרבה מבחר ההזמנה היא מתפריט בעיקר של מנות מוכנות פחות מותאם לקהל שאינו יפני. ביקשתי עזרה כמה פעמים בהפעלת מכונת כביסה העובד לא ידע להסביר ולא ידע להפעיל

Sehr kulant, haben 1e Nacht rückerstatttet bekommen, da wit wegen eines nahenden Taifuns früher abreisen mussten.

Pros:

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to America City, where you can enjoy the beautiful Golden Beach for swimming and playing. The breakfast was delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also choose from a set breakfast menu.

静かで落ち着いた滞在を望む方向け
Pros:

インフィニティプールとラウンジ。日本人は少なく外国人旅行者がほとんどで、落ち着いた雰囲気。部屋数の割にスタッフが多くてホスピタリティを感じた。必ずまた泊まりにいきたい。

Cons:

部屋の照明が暗すぎて、荷造りしづらかった。荷物台のところだけでもダウンライトがあると嬉しい。でもその程度のことで、ほかに不満はありません。

Fantastic helpful Staff
Pros:

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They couldn't do enough for you as a customer

Also the club services were great value

Cons:

A very small dislike. It would have been nice to have a hotel restaurant for evening meals

Pros:

the hotel was great, they had happy hour and great breakfast

the pool is quite high up and as it was windy was inpossible to use it and enjoy it
