Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und alles top gepflegt. Die Studios sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Everything was beautiful, clean,new , huge bathroom, free water bottle and a few other bits.The staff in the morning were so welcoming, and kind the breakfast was quality food and had such a variety .Near the station.Well done to the girls ,they were so helpful,this is what I will keep from my staying

Cons:

I could not find the entrance, I arrived in the middle of the night.I felt a bit scared cause I couldn't figure out how to enter ,too many codes and passwords but I assume I felt really safe afterwards.Near the road so if you open the windows might be a bit noisy, but I had a really good sleep.

Das war leider Nix, mehr Schein als sein.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, zentral an den wichtigsten Straßen.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, unmöglicher und schlechter Service. Angefragte und bestätigte Zimmer zusamenliegend, konnte dann beim CheckInn aber nicht umgesetzt werden… Hat also einfach jemand vergessen, kann passieren - ist mit 2 kleinen Kindern aber sehr doof. Wie man in 2021 ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage eröffnen kann ist mir unerklärlich.

Pros:

Zimmer war top ausgestattet mit Küche. Klimaanlage und Fußbodenheizung. Alles noch recht neu und gepflegt. Oben & unten ein TV. Um die Ecke sind diverse Essensmöglichkeiten und ein REWE. Parkplatz gab es immer einen.

Cons:

Fußbodenheizung war auf 6 gestellt - 30 Grad im Zimmer. Musste ich dann mit der Klima irgendwie runterbekommen. Jetzt bin ich erkältet, weil ich die Nacht im Luftzug geschlafen habe.
Das Frühstück: solide, aber nichts besonderes. Wenig Gemüse/Obst dafür viel gezuckertes und Ei/Wurst/Käse. Die Brötchen hatten maximal Aufbackqualität. Das geht besser.

Ich bedanke mich und werde in der Zukunft auf andere Hotels ausweichen.

Zu laut zu nah an den Hauptstraßen. Und ohne Klima.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Nach meiner Abreise wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass bei der anschließenden Zimmerreinigung ein beschädigter Spiegel und ein beschädigter Türstopper festgestellt worden seien. Die Schäden wurden mir daraufhin zugerechnet und eine spätere Rechnung angekündigt.

Das Problem dabei: Der Spiegel war bereits bei meiner Ankunft beschädigt. Zwar war der Schaden zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht in dem nun behaupteten Ausmaß vorhanden, der Spiegel war aber definitiv schon kaputt. Der angebliche Türstopper war bei meinem Einzug in das Zimmer überhaupt nicht vorhanden.

Besonders enttäuschend finde ich daher den Umgang mit der Situation. Statt zunächst zu klären, wie die Schäden tatsächlich entstanden sind und wie der Zustand des Zimmers bei meiner Ankunft dokumentiert wurde, wird mir die Verantwortung zugeschoben und bereits eine Kostenforderung angekündigt.

Für mich gehört es zu einem professionellen Hotelbetrieb, den Zustand eines Zimmers vor und nach dem Aufenthalt nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren und bei Unklarheiten fair mit dem Gast zu kommunizieren.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Pros:

Moderní hotel, dobře vybavené pokoje - apartmány s MW troubou, myčkou, nádobím, ledničkou. Snídaně základní výběr, ale dostačující. Trochu problém může být, že skoro polovina pokojů je okny k hlavní silnici a křižovatce, takže nemůžete mít např.v létě otevřené okno přes noc. Jedna, dvě noci v pohodě, ale bydlet bych tam nechtěl. Na pokoji byly připravené ucpávky do uší. Mimo léto se zavřenými okny a nebo kdo spí jak medvěd tak naprosto v pohodě. Parkování před hotelem, nabíjecí AC konektor za úhradu.

Léto-otevřené okno-hluk z ulice.

Great value mooi
Pros:

Great ,big room,clean,free parking,kind staff....

Cons:

Only remark i can make is that there was no split unit AC....they provided an AC with a hose which i had to stick through the door. It was very noisy and i had to leave the balcony door open all night.
