Our stay at The Leela Gandhinagar was absolutely exceptional. The property is magnificent, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and offering every amenity you could possibly need. The views and overall ambiance of the hotel are spectacular, setting the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the huge pool, which was an absolute highlight for us.

A very special mention must go to Ms. Nikita, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Traveling with wife & Kids, we always appreciate seamless service, but Ms. Nikita provided wonderful personal attention. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and handled all of our requests with a warm smile. Her hospitality made a world of difference.

It was an unforgettable experience, and we hope to return soon!

We stayed at The Leela Gandhinagar with our family in March and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The check-in was smooth and effortless, and the team was warm and attentive throughout our stay — always going the extra mile without being intrusive.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. With a young child in tow, we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space comfortable for the whole family. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom amenities were top-notch.

The food was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, with something to please every palate — our little one was particularly happy, which always makes things easier! The restaurant offered a great selection of cuisines and the quality was consistently excellent.

March turned out to be a perfect time to visit — the weather was pleasant and the hotel was well-prepared for a comfortable stay. We came back to our room each evening feeling genuinely relaxed and looked after.

The Leela Gandhinagar strikes that rare balance of luxury and warmth that makes a hotel feel like a home. We would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend it to families and couples alike.

Great service by Ms. Sayani Dey who received us during checkin. Although there was crazy rush and rooms were not ready, Ms. Dey took great care and ensured we were comfortable. She also ensured that the rooms were comfortable and as per our requirement - adjoining!! Thank you Ms. Dey for your warmth and hospitality which is Leela's USP! Thank you Ms. Sreeparna Manna for the smooth check-out process and your overall support and ensuring we were well taken care off throughout the stay. My masseur Crossi was exceptional with her skilled hands and took care of my requirements very carefully. I was accomodated well and was served nicely.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Leela Gandhinagar with our family — myself, my wife Farhana, and our two sons Daniyal and Khizar — and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.

From the very moment we entered the hotel, everything felt absolutely premium and welcoming. The check-in process was extremely smooth and professional, the reception area was stunningly beautiful, and the welcome drink was refreshing and delicious. Every staff member greeted us with warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality.

We were allotted a beautiful Horizontal View Room on the 6th floor, and the room truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, luxury, and view. Every small detail reflected the class and standards of The Leela.

The real highlight — the crown jewel of this property — is undoubtedly the breathtaking Infinity View Swimming Pool. Our children, Daniyal and Khizar, had an amazing time there and created memories they will cherish for a long time. The poolside staff was incredibly supportive, attentive, and caring throughout.

The dinner as well as breakfast experience at the restaurant was equally wonderful. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The restaurant staff worked tirelessly with smiling faces and ensured every guest felt special and comfortable.

I would also especially like to appreciate the housekeeping, sweeper staff, and back-office staff of the hotel. Many times, guests only notice the front-end service, but the real strength of a luxury hotel lies in the hardworking people behind the scenes. Their dedication, cleanliness standards, discipline, and silent efforts played a huge role in making our stay so comfortable and flawless. Every corner of the hotel was maintained beautifully, and it truly reflected the teamwork and professionalism of the entire staff.

Some employees are not just staff members — they become true assets to an organization because of the way they treat guests. We would especially like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Bhagya Laxmi, Nikita, Tushar, and Aman for making our trip so special and memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail truly stood out. A special mention to the reception team, especially Bhagya Laxmi and Nikita, for their exceptional warmth and guest handling — they genuinely made us feel at home.

And finally, a very special thank you to Bhagya Laxmi for gifting us the signature incense sticks made by The Leela. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful memory for us to take back home.

Normally, people give 8, 9, or at most 10 out of 10 for a hotel experience. But honestly, this memorable family trip deserves 11 out of 10 from us.
