The location and the venue are amazing!

Cons:

The window above the AC needs to have a sun blocking shade. You can't close the curtains on that window and have the room cooled properly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel & staff interactions.
Pros:

Loved the location & overall presentation of the hotel. Every interaction with staff was also positive.

Cons:

The only complaint was no desk or similar in the room. The only table was very small and had the coffee making facilities on it.

Room service was non existent. We departed our suite at 8:00am and returned at 2pm and the room was not made up.

Pros:

とても広い気持ちの良いお部屋に素敵なレストランでの朝食。
ヨーロッパでは珍しくアメニティも日本並みに揃っていてとても居心地の良いホテルでした！

Cons:

1階だったので景色が見えなくて残念でした。
