Pros:

Оплата стягнута згідно до мого замовлення. При поселенні просили скасувати замовлення і зробити нове на стійці замовлень готелю без участі @Booking” після відмови в скасуванні поселили в кімнаті гіршої категорії. Кошти на даний час не повернули. Різниця у вартості кімнат суттєва.

Cons:

Паркування немає. Штраф за залишене авто біля входу 30 є. Інспектор чатує біля входу. Поки ви поселяєтесь, він виписуватиме штраф.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, the internet was terrible, and the TV was outdated. It was noisy, far from the city center, and definitely overpriced for what it offered. The breakfast was awful. I'm honestly surprised anyone gave this hotel five stars.

Very nice hotel with great location
Pros:

Lovely, elegant hotel in a great location. Close to the Parliament, river, subway and tram stations. Very easy to travel around the city and to/from the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room has very high ceiling, with strong air conditioning (a big plus for the record heat in Budapest during our stay). We would definitely stay there again in future visits.

Cons:

Check-in: We arrived at the hotel around 2pm, and were surprised that we would need to wait till 3pm to get into our room (even though rooms seem to be ready). Front desk said "Check in time is 3pm" and that's it. In almost all the hotels we had been using, we have never had problem getting into our room unless we arrive very early in the morning..... Just very surprised that they don't have a room ready for us at 2pm.

Really good 4 star hotel but priced as a 5 star
Pros:

Location was near to the river and Parliament and within walkingcdistance of the town and funicular to tje castle.

Cons:

Whilst really nice, this was not what I considerca 5 star hotel.

Eine wunderbare, hochwertige Renovierte, luxuriöse Gebäude.
Großes Zimmer mit Gute Ausstattung. Zwei Badezimmer, der seine Vorteil hat. Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das ist nur eine kleine Sache! Eine teil der Personal sprach keine Ungarisch, und Deutsch niemanden! Englisch kenntnis ist Voraussetzung. Trotzdem meine misseraben Englisch, haben uns gut verstanden! Das Gebäude, wie in Ungarn üblich, zu sehr gekühlt.
