L’hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement. Il se trouve à 100 mètres du Danube tout près des différents monuments et des transports en communs.Les personnels sont professionnels et attentifs. La chambre est propre. J’avais demandé une chambre avec une belle vue. Ils m’ont donné une suite que j’ai pu voir sur une partie de Danube.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
まずエントランスを入ると階段が数段あるのですが、スタッフがフロントまで運んでくれました。
そして、チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応も丁寧に説明してくれて素晴らしかったです。
お部屋の冷蔵庫は飲み物など入っていてチェックアウトの際の支払いになります。
お風呂のバスソルトも楽しみました。 またレインシャワーもとても気持ちよかったです。
朝食は、バフェの種類が多くて好きなのを食べる事ができます。
シャンパン・赤ワインなど3種類くらいありました。
卵料理のオーダーもできます。
連泊の際の清掃お完璧です。
午後になるとフロントの側にシャンパンとレモンウォーターが置かれていて自由に飲む事ができます。
スパ（サウナ・ジャグジー）は€10で利用できます。
36℃くらいで少々冷たいです。
私たちのとっては全てにおいて快適にすごせました。
朝食にて、ヨーグルトはグラスカップにはいっているのですが、量が多めなので自分で好き分だけ頂けるようにして欲しい。
ケーキのカットも大きい。

Hôtel avec une situation géographique impeccable, Le personnel très sympathique, le déjeuner extra en présence de Sissi, le cadre est vraiment top. Les chambres sont très calme et ce malgré le nombre d'occupant.
Si une chose négative est à retenir, ce serait le café du petit déjeuner qui devrait être franchement à améliorer car son gout n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Mais c'est juste pour dire quelque chose et c'est peut-être aussi une question de gout.

Not exactly a 5-star service. Had to ask twice for certain services before they were delivered. The jacuzzi and hot plunge weren't heated. Overpriced for the service.
El hotel es espectacular, es precioso, muy limpio y acogedor, muy bien ubicado y sirven un desayuno espectacular. Creo que vale la pena el precio. Además nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación sin siquiera pedirlo. La habitación y todas las instalaciones son hermosas y muy bien cuidadas, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas, las sabanas y toallas exquisitas. La verdad, todo de primer nivel.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hubo muy buena disposición del personal en ayudarme en ciertas cosas. Encuentro insólito que en un hotel de 5 estrellas y de ese valor, no te ofrezcan agua como cortesía a la pieza. Es decir, el primer día vimos una botella de agua de cortesía, el segundo día se la llevaron y cuando fui a recepción a pedir otra botella, me dijeron que tenían que cobrármela. Lo encontré realmente ilógico para el tipo de hotel que es, estamos hablando de algo básico como agua bebestible. Y lo otro fue que pedí un late check out de tan solo 1 hora y tampoco accedieron.
Es un hotel espectacular, Alejandro y Carlos, muy amables. Hemos pasado unos días geniales.

Vi booket dobbeltrom for to personer med frokost inkludert. Men vi måtte likevel betale for frokost til den ene personen. Det er ganske så snikete. Hadde også forventet kaffen servert på bordet til frokost (var automat) samt badekåpe på rommet i et 5-stjerners hotell.
