Super clean and safe but convenient hotel, the most important - good staff
Pros:

everything is nice, good and friendly staff, very clean and quiet room, convenient location and traffic, super nice breakfast and especially, i met a receptionist leader who is gentleman and provided me home-feeling visiting experience. I truly appreciate all his help and support. I forgot his name but i know he is the leader....My sincere appreciation to the gentleman.

In summary the services at the hotel were superb and I would stay again if I came back to Azerbaijan
Pros:

Location was excellent
I liked the ambience and availability of a range of services especially machine for changing money
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Tv services were limited. Channels like Daystar, Faith, TBN fo Christmas preaching were not available

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, the views were beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we did not face any inconvenience and went out of their way to make our experience comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Amazing staff, but lacks a pool and smoking area
The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic! From the welcoming front desk and professional restaurant team to the hardworking housekeeping crew, everyone went above and beyond. However, guests should note that the hotel has no swimming pool and no designated smoking section with seating. If the hotel adds these facilities, it would be perfect, but the staff still made our stay very comfortable. I thank all the staff for there excellent work

Convenient Stay in Downtown Baku
Pros:

Convenient hotel in downtown Baku, close to almost all points of interest if you are a tourist. The food in room service is delicious and modestly priced. Rooms are spacious and convenient.

Cons:

A coffee machine in the room would be great.
