The staff's attitude was amazing. Smiling faces and totally facilitative mood. Specially Mr. Zafar on the front desk was too cooperative.

Otel çok merkezi, çok temiz, yatak çok rahat, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, her talebinizi karşılamak için azami gayreti gösteriyorlar. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlarda şehir içinde restoran tavsiyesi istedim, söyledikleri yerler gayet lokal, temiz, fiyat olarak normal ve güzel yerlerdi. Yanında süpermarket var, ufak tefek otelde olmayan ihtiyaçlarınızı da oradan karşılayabilirsiniz. Kurutemizleme hizmeti de aldım, thsirt'lerim hasarsız, temiz, ütülü halde gardıroba asılmış halde odamdaydı. Kahvaltısı da gayet zengin ve aradığım herşeyi buldum. Tekrar Bakü'ye geldiğimde yine burayı tercih edeceğim.

- Despite room was quite big it seems to be quite empty.
