كانت جيدة كوني أول مرة أزور المدينة ولو كررت الزيارة سأبحث عن مكان آخر .
Pros:

موقعه يعتبر جيد لكن بعيد شوي عن شارع نظامي وفيها قطع شارع المطعم اكله جيد وسعر معقول خدمات تنظيف الغرف جيد .

Cons:

While checking in I paid for 6 days breakfast and asked them that if I don't like it on the first day I will request refund which they agreed to. After having breakfast on the first day itself I cancelled other 5 days coz I didn't like.

ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND DESPITE THEIR CONFIRMATIONS ON REPEATED MAILS.

The hotel is beautiful, well-organized, and in a great location. Honestly, I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Fidan, as she is extremely helpful, always smiling, friendly, and kind. I would also like to thank Ms. Gala, who is also very helpful and pleasant.
