The location was excellent. Breakfast options were good. We just thought for a room that size that there should have been another chair. We came from a much smaller room in the Dells of Wisconsin that had two chairs and a table. Also the ventilation system was extremely noisy, the fan never shut off after reaching the set temperature. I also noticed the elevator floors could use mopped as there was something sticky on it. Just FYI there is a gap between the carpet tiles just outside the room entrance.
Loved the location!! Didn't like that parking was not included in the price of the room.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Breakfast eating area was nice.
Parking. Having to park a block away when not using valet was a bit of a pain. Especially when trying to carry all our bags to the hotel. This was a bit of an inconvenience.
The room was clean, nicely put together, comfortable bed and mattress. Bathoorm was very clean and comfortable to use. All amenities including a fridge, iron stand and iron box, toiletries were available. Great supportive staff.
The breakfast was served okayish, enough for a quick grab to satisfy the hunger. The breakfast buffet was to be eaten in paper plates and plastic cutlery. Since I am from Europe, was not sure if this is normal or acceptable in USA, but was not okay for my taste. But hey, there is a egg flip on the opposite side of the road, so i went there the next day and also had a coffee from the cafe on the opposite side. I am okay with paper plates on a normal day, but for 180 euros a night, i would expect a bit more. But again, I am no USA hotel expert.

Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived. After a very long day of travel, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door expecting to check in and instead walked into someone else’s room. That is a major security and privacy failure for both me and the guest whose room I was mistakenly given access to.
Once I was assigned a different room, it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The room sensor to the door was ripped off, it was not clean, there was “fluids”sprayed and dried in the walls and headboard. The overall condition of the property gave the impression that it was poorly maintained. Combined with the security issue, I never would of felt comfortable during my stay.
I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and this experience was nowhere near the standard I associate with the Hilton brand. This hotel needs significant improvement in both housekeeping and guest safety procedures.
