Great location, but lots of noise from late night passers-by.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Everything was fine, except that I was allocated room 7, which is on the first floor and overlooking (or overhearing) a busy street. I realised there might be an issue when I saw that the venue had provided ear plugs which were on the duvet when I arrived and it was noisy with passing revellers until about 2am.

Pros:

The location is nice I really like that it was close by the sea. The bedroom was a double bed so there was more than enough space for me and it had everything I needed.

Would be perfect if it was as described and clean!

Location was great

Cons:

Fan broken no windows to open and in the heatwave was just absolutely unbearable. TV did not work properly, kettle leaked and room was pretty dirty with dust everywhere and floor pretty dirty.

Went with small double and room is very small but bed comfy and shower / bathroom all good.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good shower / facilities.

Cons:

The small double is very small but it's also cheap. Fine for a one night stay and provided you just want somewhere to lay your head and then head off home. Can't open windows but the fan helped us sleep well.

Broken window - couldnt be kept open in heat. Room said it had fan but no fan was supplied. Shower had a lot of mold

Pros:

Size of room, decor and location were great. Check-in instructions really clear. Actually got the room I booked. Shower pressure good.

Cons:

Some furniture was tired - bed frame was breaking. Mattress was too soft. Shower could have been cleaner. There was a hair and some mould.

Just a quick stay this time, but will be back again to explore more of Brighton
Pros:

Amazing location, comfortable room and good communication . I had a problem with shower while there and staff sorted straight away.
