Good for a short stay if you need a quality room and location but don’t need hotel facilities.
Pros:

Modern decor in Georgian building, very close to sea front with partial sea view, clean, comfortable, good in-room facilities.

Cons:

In run down street, lots of steep narrow stairs (we were on top floor). No air-con in room which was hot with the evening sun, the fan was noisy. No staff.

Pros:

Nice little hotel, perfect for a one night stay! Shower was really nice and bed was comfy. There is a fridge to store anything you may need and tea/coffee facilities :) Had a fan too!

Cons:

The vines on the wall brought a lot of dust/powder onto my stuff underneath it. The room was quite small, a bit cramped and I would've liked a bit more fresh air.

Excellent location - comfortable rooms, be warned the stairs are quite steep.
Pros:

The location was superb! Ease of checking in & the app is a great idea very informative. There are discounts with local restaurants too! The force of the shower was good. Modern decor. The fan was very forceful & lovely to have in this heatwave. Beds were comfy. Iron & board & microwave a useful addition.

Cons:

There were good facilities but there was a lack of attention to detail. Not a deal breaker but the shower hose was leaking & because it was black there was heavy limescale staining on the taps & a weird blue stain down the wall on the tiles. The iron & board were a great addition but the iron plate wasn’t clean. Nice to have the ability to have a small meal in the room but there was only one knife & fork & 3 spoons which all needed to be washed as the previous guests obviously didn’t bother. The sink was tiny & I struggled to wash the stuff we used effectively. I booked for twin room - your site then said it wasn’t guaranteed so I messaged the place 4 times & didn’t get an acknowledgment & replying to their email to confirm if I wanted a twin or kingsize room just gave me an undeliverable error message. I had to call them to speak to someone.

Fab property in a great location
Pros:

Great location and convenient with the code entry system. The room was well-presented and clean and tidy. The addition of a mini fridge and microwave were really handy too. Lots of nice little touches.

Cons:

There were some noisy works taking place across the road, though this was not the fault of the property owners.

Tiny boiling room. Good fridge. Needs a proper clean.

Close to the beach, easy check in, window that opened (this was vital in the heat), having a fridge was great, had an iron and board.

Cons:

Front door to teh hotel didn't lock when we arrive (it was later fixed - thanks), It was very very hot - it was a heat wave but it was very hot in the room, The room is tiny (Room 8) . if there were 2 of you and you were tall or big the rom would be impossible. Great if you are looking for somewhere to crash but not very relaxing. No chairs. Could do with a deep clean ... very dusty ... don't look under teh bed.
