Good for a weekend stay
Pros:

Location was great, easy to find and the rooms were well maintained.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

The only thing I can think of, is the location of the property. Close to the beach and the town.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the security of the property as we had a small group of loud people trying to access our room at 2.20am in the morning. Apparently this was a booking error!

Great stay
Pros:

Blok-74 is in a great location. The room and facilities were great with comfortable beds, hot shower, WiFi and TV streaming services available too. No issues with noise unlike our last property that made us choose to move to Blok-74.
The rooms are clean/ decorated well with their own personal touch. Highly recommend if staying in Brighton as it's an affordable and great value.

The location was great. It was a little on the pricey side. The room was hot, glad it wasn't 35deg
Pros:

The location was great! The shower was excellent and lovely clean towels and the bed was comfortable. The communication was great and kept informed via email and text. The room was clean. The common parts were also clean.

Cons:

It was pretty pricey for the size. Some of the furniture was tired and could have been updated. Because is cheapened the look of the room. Because the style was nice. It was a hot room and I was glad it was not in the height of summer when it was 35 degrees. It would have been unbearable. A note to any other travellers if carrying heavy or large amounts of luggage this room can only comfortably hold a small wheelie case or two.

Did not stay there.
Pros:

Nothing. I found the hotel to be dirty and not well maintained. I will not be staying at a hotel without a front desk in the future. I found it less comfortable and more expensive than the Travelodge.

Cons:

Broken window. Lots of noise. Broken shower and fan in a heat wave. The lack of staff on hand was a big issue. Overall unhappy and left after a half hour of being there to stay elsewhere. Wish I could have gotten a refund but understand that I didn't pay extra for that privilige.

I would stay here again! If you need a clean and safe feeling room that has a great location, stay here!!
Pros:

The location is excellent as it’s right near the seafront and close walking distance from all the bars and restaurants.
My room was exceptionally clean! Facilities were great, everything I needed (iron under the bed!!) and a fab shower!

Cons:

Only having to walk all the way up the stairs to the top floor for my room (especially after my night out, wearing wedges!) but understandable of course!

Pros:

Chambre propre. Assez petite contrairement à ce que peux laisser penser les photos. Emplacement très sympathique, proche du bord de mer. Proche du centre, praticable à pied etc.

Cons:

Peu de lumière naturelle au rez de chaussée, rue assez bruyante dehors. Potentiel énorme mais mal exploité je pense. La chambre est plus instagrammable que pratique.
