Very helpful and accommodating staff. The room itself was nice and convenient. using the sauna and pools in the wellness center was a great way to relax.
They are a pet friendly property, but still clean and well presented out of town a bit but easy to get to the city center with public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful room was ready before check-in time. Fantastic service.
That’s not really a lot. I didn’t like I would’ve liked a more diverse food menu, but I am a bit of a foodie

The only positive aspect is the position, but it also represents a huge problem. The parking is the same as the public parking at the train station, with extremely expensive rates

The property was very nice well located but if you wanna be in the city center, it’s a little out, but there are buses and if you’re feeling adventurous, a lovely walk along the canal.

Good options at breakfast
Superior rooms are so low in quality, it’s somewhat amazing they can’t simply be refurbished as needed.
Mould in the shower, wonky toilet seat, complimentary handwash and bath shower gel not filled up, visible stain on the sofa bed, etc.
Water fountain in the gym needs to be emptied regularly and it isn’t meaning there’s a very high chance you’re unable to get drinking water in the gym, and you’ll have to return to the bar.
Staff are nice and accommodating but unless you’re staying for 1 night, just book an executive to save the hassle. The only difference with an executive room is it’s actually clean and customer friendly and you get a bottle of water. Otherwise, there is virtually no difference to the room types in terms of size, etc.

It was well decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was my husband’s birthday and I didn’t get a chance to get there early to decorate the room- but the staff did it for me and even gave a birthday card which was really touching! It was a really kind gesture that was a shock for my husband and the children! Thank you so much for making his day extra special ❤️ The breakfast was also delicious in the morning
The toilet door was strange as you could see through the glass mirror and it didn’t have a lock on it either. The room was quite dusty too
Have stayed many times. Good location. Food in restaurant is good. Staff accommodating!! Quiet room as husband had to work.
We got told we had been upgraded to an executive room as we had stayed before! We got really excited, but it turned out it was the room opposite the executive room. We were put in 521😢. Also the price had gone up from
last stay!!
