We were delighted with the hotel, and we especially want to thank the staff.
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and very friendly. In particular, they went out of their way to find somewhere for me to store my bicycle, and I really appreciated this. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious, and it had good storage space. The breakfasts were excellent.

Great value for money. Outside of Cambridge town but close to Cambridge North station and Number 2 bus into city centre.
Pros:

Everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness. Good sized room and excellent shower. Breakfast excellent value and tasty.

Pleasant overnight stay
Pros:

Pleasant hotel, felt safe as a sole female traveller

Cons:

Car park situation is not great, could not guarantee a space as share with railway station, spaces extremely sparse, 1car waiting for another to leave

Clean, modern and pet friendly

Время бассейна указаны неверные на сайте с 6:00 до 22:00 ,на самом деле это время тренажёрного зала. Бассейн открыт с 7:00 до 21:00

Nice room - comfy bed - gym looked good but pool very small and jacuzzi out of order
Pros:

The room was lovely.

Cons:

You can't fill the kettle with the tap and the cups are OK for coffee not for tea. I also had medical equipment that needed to be filled from the tap and it was difficult to manage because of the position. I couldn't get car parking information through the Booking.com portal and had to call up after explaining repeatedly that the links were stripped from the messages. We only got 1 key for the room and 1 key for the gym but there were two of us one female and one male and you need the key card to get in to separate locker rooms in the gym. We were not told the jacuzzi was out of order (main reason for choosing the hotel to manage medical issue) it also didn't appear to be heated. I couldn't swim in the pool on Sunday morning because it was full of families playing in the pool and is also a public gym not just for the hotel. The pool is very small so no way you could segregate families from people wanting to swim for exercise.

A very god experience, our issues were rectified quickly in room.
