Convenient location but expensive
Pros:

Reasonably-sized family room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Handy refrigerator. Swimming pool. Car park relatively conveniently located.

Cons:

Very expensive. Breakfast not included. Very expensive car parking which could benefit from better external signage. Swimming pool and fitness centre access via first floor corridor then descent into basement a bit unusual. Overall, the hotel stay didn't feel like value for money.

Excellent hotel stay
Pros:

Despite being by the train station, it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good and fresh!

Nice break…
Pros:

Beautiful bed - amazing bed - best nights sleep, great to be able to take my fur baby too and leave her in the room for breakfast.

Cons:

The extra charge for parking was a surprise as I’d searched for hotels with parking and wrongly assumed given the size of hotel and price there would be a free car park. It wouldn’t put me off going again though as it was a great room.
I also searched for pet friendly - the extra charge of £15 was only mentioned at reception.
Everything needed refreshing at breakfast, and took too long, it was ok but wouldn’t bother including it if I were to stay again.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for travel to London/cambridge
Pros:

Great location for travelling into Cambridge or London (which was purpose of our stay)

Cons:

Car parking is very expensive and rates are not clear via signs in car park
