Pretty good, 10-15 min work from the main station and about the same to little Tokyo
Pros:

Looks really nice, nice and spacious, good location

Cons:

Booked a double bed, 2 singles put together, no separate desk. Even though window is a security type, wish it opened more. Aircon was working but was making it stuffy rather than cold. Had an odd smell
