Pros:

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was great and both the front desk people, the breakfast manager, and the valets were also very nice and helpful. We stayed there because we went to a concert at the Arizona financial center that night. It was very convenient. Just walk two blocks to the venue.

Cons:

Fantastic day. No notes. Great job!

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Parking costs per night. After checking ing, I was told I could still park my car in the lot, but wasn’t able to access with QR code so had to pay the lot parking cost $25 and was already charged the hotel $34 rate so had to pay both. Not happy about that. Hotel would credit me back $25 or $34 dollars to accommodate this error.

Overall, it’s a pleasant stay. Clean and cool.
Pros:

The hotel is clean. The staff respond to request promptly Ex; when I asked for more towels and toilet papas to change sheets, all requests have been granted.

Cons:

The room might be cleaned and set up a while ago. I couldn’t sleep the first 2 nights as I kept feeling itch all over the place. Till I request extra clean sheets to put on top of the original sheets, I finally able to sleep without feeling itchy.

Since my family stayed for 5 days the food is a bit boring as it’s the same everyday. More fruits would. E great, Also, the food seems run out quite fast.

Sentralt beliggende hotell med gode senger og god og stille ventilasjon. Dette gjorde at jeg sov meget godt på dette hot
Pros:

Moderne og god styring på ventilasjon / aircondition. Videre kunne temperaturen justeres på rommet, uten å få irriterende støy.
