Pros:

Die Lage am "See" war gut und schön belebt, aber doch ruhig. Das Frühstück lässt keine wünsche über und das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Zudem ist die Mini Bar kostenfrei.

Cons:

Thema Rechnung - leider wird es immer üblicher, seine Rechnung erst beim CheckOut zu erhalten (wieso weiß ich nicht, vllt gibt es hierfür ja eine logische Erklärung) und es ist sehr lästig, wenn das Personal ,3(!) Anläufe benötigt, um Firmennamen und dazugehörige Anschrift richtig aufs Papier zu bringen.

Im "sterilem Look" des Zimmers, vermisse ich simple dinge wie einen gescheiten Nachtisch, Kleiderhaken an der Wand und sogar einen banalen Zahnputzbecher. Leider war in meinem Fall auch das Bad nicht richtig sauber und kein Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Man bot mir zwar direkt ein neues Zimmer an, dies verweigerte ich aber aus Umweltgründen und weil die "Verschmutzung" mMn nicht ausreichend genug war. Beleuchtung innerhalb des Zimmers, für meinen Geschmack eine Katastrophe.

Exceptional, highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location about 2 minutes walk to the train station. Staff were amazing and friendly especially Hussein Al-Baaj. Comfy beds and clean rooms with great views.

The room was unbearably hot. The air con didn’t work- even with the windows open we didn’t sleep because we were so so hot.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, Hussein Al-Baaj was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and had everything I needed. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression.
I would highly recommend Dormero HoHo Vienna to anyone visiting Vienna and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Pros:

Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel und bin immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles war wie gewohnt sehr sauber. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Herrn Hussain an der Rezeption – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, ich komme gerne wieder!

Tolles, modernes Hotel - jedoch schon leicht abgewohnt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer und großes Bad.
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Modernes Design, LED Lichter im Zimmer. Gratis Minibar.

Cons:

Keine Ablage in der Dusche. Zimmer sind leider etwas abgewohnt - als Beispiel das Bild vom Wasserhahn. Ecken abgeschlagen, Abriebe an den Wänden. Komischer Geruch im Zimmer der trotz intensivem Lüften nicht rausgebracht werden konnte.
Parkgarage €29 pro Nacht. 2 Minuten weiter eine Garage für €4,50 pro Tag.
Betten etwas weich.
