Not as advertised online
Pros:

It was modern, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although not in central Vienna, Seestadt is very pleasant with nice coffee shops and restaurants, and the metro is right next to the hotel.

Cons:

The room type (Suite) was not as it appeared or was described when booked. There was not a separate bedroom, instead it was all one room with a wall only partially dividing the bed from the rest of the room. We specifically paid extra for this room because we wanted a separate bedroom, so I could get up early in the morning and make noise and let my partner carry on sleeping, any less than that defeats the point. We spoke to a member of staff who was very understanding and went off and searched available rooms one by one until she found one that matched the description, and then was very obliging in letting us move to that room. But it was notable that it seemed like only a minority of rooms of this type are *actually* as they appear on the website.

The rooms are otherwise adequate at best, especially given the high price we paid.

Rooms are advertised as having "individually adjustable air conditioning" but the air con didn't work in either of the rooms we experienced: the display in the first room didn't work at all, in the latter it worked but didn't actually do anything. We opened the windows and thankfully got a bit of a breeze otherwise it would have been very hot.

And a lot of small things seem overlooked or corners cut. The lamp in the main room didn't have a bulb in and wasn't plugged in, for example, it was just for show. The "free minibar" (stocked with two bottles of water and one bottle of coke) didn't come with a bottle opener so couldn't even be used without asking for one. Some of the fittings were poor quality, and the fancy lighting system was unnecessary and temperamental.

And worth noting that there was quite a bit of noise from the metro outside. It wasn't a problem for us - we were getting back late and exhausted and would have slept through anything - but it might be for others.

Ļoti mīksts matracis un spilveni, ērta gulēšana. Plaša, ērta tualetes un dušas telpa. Daudzveidīgas, labas brokastis. Viesnīca atrodas pie pašas metro stacijas.
