The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A deposit is required on arrival. Studio is AED 500 per day. One bedroom is AED 500 per day. Two bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. Three bedroom is AED 1,000 per day. Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location next to Metro. Friendly staff, Spacious clean room. Good wifi. Pool. Nice breakfast. To be honest in a stay like this it is the staff that make the difference. In this respect they excelled. There are far too many to mention individually, however it starts at the front desk where Shobhit and Moin always had something cheerful to say, All the staff in the breakfast area, at the pool, room staff and so on. Well done.

House keeping service was not good as they didn’t clean well even I complained about it, it was strange because I came here before and it wasn’t like this. Staffs use other elevator as well despite having one for staffs and housekeeping which made a huge traffic specially in mornings.

Great staff & great location
Pros:

The location was good, the staff were excellent in their treatment, and the price was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good. There was hair everywhere, and when I received the room, the bathroom was very dirty. Even the toilet had some urine and feces on it.

اول شي أنا حجزت فيو على البحر وللأسف البحر جدا بعيد وبدون شرفه ومكتوم الجناح وطلبت من الفندق تغير الجناح للأسف الفندق طلب زياده الف درهم بغير وجه حق وتم دفعها علما ان شخص ما موظف داخل الفندق قال لي مجانا المفروض يغيرو الفيو لانه أصلا الفندق فاضي مافي اشغال والمصيبه الأكبر داخل غرفه نوم الأطفال لقيت صرصار كبير وايضاً داخل الشرفه حشرات وصرصار شي مقرف ومقزز ولايوجد خدمات بعد الساعه 10 والخدمه جدا بطيئه والفطور اسوأ شي نفس الاكل يوميا والمكان صغير جدا والمطعم هندي لايوجد نظافه كانت تجربه جدا سيئه ولا انصح اي احد بالفندق هذا تعرضت للابتزاز ودفعت الف درهم بسبب تغير الفيو على الشيخ زايد وايضا وجود الحشرات في آخر يومين صراصير كبيره أطالب الفندق باارجاع مبلغ الف درهم وايضاً قيمه الليلتين الاخيره بسبب وجود صراصير ابغا مدير الفندق يتواصل معاي ولايوجد خدمه مواقف
