AC Hotel by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

The location is close to the riverwalk and some restaurants which is nice. The rooms were really clean and spacious. Loved the size of the mini fridge. We parked next to the hotel which was 35 dollars per day but its convenient and we didn't wanna walk far if we needed something from our car. We had such a nice view of the city since our room was on the 17th floor and they also do have a chikfila around the corner which is nice. Overrall would stay there again. Was happy with my stay :)

Nada! Para $18 por persona El buffet es terrible, poca variedad, cafe frio. Tenia que pararme a calentar El cafe en el microwave. El mesonero no estaba pendiente de ti en nada.

Everything was perfect

This hotel is very close to the river walk and other city attractions. The rooftop bar was really cool. We particularly appreciate the extra efforts from Kenisha of the valet service. She was very helpful with telling us of all the local hotspots.

Hotel is well positioned in front of the cathedral and 50y from the riverwalk.
Staff is nice.

Rooms are comfortable. Windows aren’t exactly sound proof and it’s a busy city. Still slept quite well.

Breakfast is pretty good. Kalynda took very good care of us.

Would not go back. Staff rude and unprofessional. This was my first time staying here. I had been to the rooftop bar on prior visits to San Antonio and had a positive impression of the hotel. What can I say about the hotel- the location is fine. It’s clean. With the exception of the lovely woman overseeing breakfast, every interaction with the staff was unpleasant and lacked professionalism. Front desk staff was downright rude. The only thing worth returning to is the rooftop bar. The rest of the hotel is unremarkable at best

We had a great stay at Element San Antonio Riverwalk. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of downtown and just steps from the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore everything.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, always pleasant and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was simple but very good, and the rooftop seating was a standout—such a nice place to relax.

The rooms were very clean and, while on the smaller side, were thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed. We also had a great view of the city, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It ended up being the perfect size for us.

Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect location. Definitely a great choice when visiting San Antonio—we look forward to returning!

Sarai was an excellent bartender and made the best coffee. It is always pleasant to be greeted with kindness and a smile in the morning.
