The staff were so nice when checking in and the hotel is beautiful.
Our room smelled so bad of cleaner and our room was so humid. It seemed like they accidentally split bleach cleaner. We finally had to leave at 5am because we could not take the smell anymore. Our throats were hurting and my wife had a headache from it. We called the front desk before we went to bed to see if there were any other rooms we could move to because my wife is pregnant and probably shouldn’t be breathing that in and they said they were fully booked and didn’t offer to do anything else.

I like that after a certain time you need a key to access the building, so I felt safe. I like how clean my room was. The front desk was helpful.
No swim pool , no place to park , had to pay 50$ a day for parking. The restaurant on rooftop sat me down waiting minutes for someone to take my order then left . Bad customer service.

The location, the rooftop, and comfort of the room was 10/10. I also appreciated the restaurants that were near for late night bites! Upon check in a welcome drink ( beer or wine) is offered which was a nice kickoff to our weekend. I would stay at this property again.
No breakfast included and the breakfast offered was not worth $18! There is no microwave or blow dryer in the room.
I did not have the breakfast I thought it was a little pricey for what I saw
There was a little mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the corners of the shower

The location is close to the riverwalk and some restaurants which is nice. The rooms were really clean and spacious. Loved the size of the mini fridge. We parked next to the hotel which was 35 dollars per day but its convenient and we didn't wanna walk far if we needed something from our car. We had such a nice view of the city since our room was on the 17th floor and they also do have a chikfila around the corner which is nice. Overrall would stay there again. Was happy with my stay :)

Stayed at AC Hotel San Antonio Downtown and had a very enjoyable experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the River Walk, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The hotel had a modern, stylish atmosphere and was very clean throughout. Also amazing service from the Valet, Omar Helped with my luggage, all the way to my room. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall value was great for the location. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to San Antonio.
Everything was perfect
This hotel is very close to the river walk and other city attractions. The rooftop bar was really cool. We particularly appreciate the extra efforts from Kenisha of the valet service. She was very helpful with telling us of all the local hotspots.
Keneshia was the Ambassador of the Valet! Always greeted me with a smile. Was engaged & professional. Please give her a Bonus!
