Return visit and will be back!
Pros:

3rd time staying here! Everything is quite new, clean, easy, comfy beds. Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Easy place for your night before or after the ferry to the islands. Will be back again! They were very helpful also with securing taxis to certain places.

Cons:

We had some trouble with the AC cutting out randomly at 2am but when we called down to the front desk she was able to reset it and it worked again within 20 mins, so nothing to complain about at all really!

AC system could use improvement but overall nice hotel and good value.

Nice, clean, and conveniently located for my needs. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning control interface in the room was difficult to understand and manage. Additionally it did not do a good job of cooling the room to the expected level. For example I had stayed in another hotel for the prior week. I would set the AC at 21 degrees while sleeping. It was easy to determine whether the unit was indeed set to that temperature and it would cool the room considerably. At your hotel, I set it to 18 degrees (or thought I did as it was difficult to tell if I was doing it correctly). The temperature in the room did seem to decrease and the unit would periodically cycle on and off. So something seemed to be happening. But even at this lower temperature setting, the room was considerably warmer than what I I experienced in the previous hotel.

Also, the door handle to my room kept coming off when turning it. I was able to enter and exit the room without difficulty nonetheless. But it was a bit annoying. I was in rush in the morning so failed to inform staff of this issue.

Very Enjoyable Stay.
Pros:

Very close to the port. Hotel was very modern with a spacious room and bathroom. Very quiet. Shops and restaurants nearby. Train station 1 block away.

Great Location
Pros:

The reception staff were very kind and the hotel is in a very very good position to travel from Airport and then between Ferry terminal and other greek islands. Train Station is convenient.
