Cons:

La comida deberia ser mejor por el precio que se paga en el hotel, la playa y el mar son bastante feos en esa zona y la logistica de tener que coger busetas para ir a restaurantes, parque de agua y shows cansa bastante

Muy buenas vacaciones.
Pros:

El parque y las habitaciones. Lugares muy bonitos y buen servicio. Los shows que se hacen diario por la noche son muy entretenidos, el día jueves es el mejor show, pues aparecen los personajes principales del hotel.

Cons:

El lugar es lindo y la atención excelente, sin embargo me parece algo excesivo el precio, pues por 3 noches el precio ronda en unos 70 mil pesos mexicanos. Ojalá en el futuro puedan añadir más atracciones, pues el parque acuático no es tan grande como lo imaginamos.

Es un lugar lindo para disfrutar en familia.

Cons:

Todo lindo, solo como sugerencia, sería muy bueno que brindaran traslados en carritos de golf para todos los huéspedes y más constantes en todas las instalaciones. Nos divertimos mucho, gracias por todo!

Very nice staff and facilities, ridiculous pricing.
Cons:

The staff trying to sell us more “promotions” as soon as we got there, and again the very next morning. Had already paid SO much money and come to find out that there were things and places that were not included in that HEAVY price tag. Also the transportation options were also OUTRAGEOUS.

Great for young Nickelodeon fans, though the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price

We had a wonderful stay at Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. The resort is beautiful, the water park was a huge hit with our kids, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the character experiences and family-friendly atmosphere, which made for a fun and memorable vacation.

Cons:

The resort is beautiful, the characters are fun, and our kids had a great time. However, the overall value was hard to justify given the price. The food was hit or miss, the pools and water park felt smaller than expected, and the room was more compact than we had hoped for. We also found the shuttle system between the main attractions inconvenient, especially given the size of the property. We enjoyed our stay, but at this price point we expected a bit more.
