Los parques de agua

Cons:

El personal no está preparado, ni capacitado para recibir gente. El transporte por dentro del hotel para moverse es absolutamente incómodo, asientos mojados, totalmente malo.
La gente que atiende en los restaurant muy malas formas de comunicación

Amamos , meus filhos aproveitaram cada minuto !
Pros:

Maravilhosa , ampla , moderna , muitos armários , piscina na sacada , frigobar sempre com reposição . Dois banheiros . Os restaurantes eram todos muito bons . O parque aquático tbm muito legal .

Cons:

As piscinas todas serem geladas .
A praia da frente não era ideal para banho .

Hotel rooms are great, staff are friendly but what the resort has to offer is lacking.
Pros:

Beautiful clean room and swim up pool. Staff are nice and helpful.

Cons:

Not much going on except the water park. Very limited beachfront and lack of big pool. Breakfast restaurant is at not at the hotel location which means you have to take a shuttle there and back. The wait for the shuttle is too long (10-20 minutes) Very inconvenient!

My family would stay again. We wanted the kids to have their first experience in another country and boy did it deliver.
Pros:

Extremely kid friendly. Kids were treated like royalty and the fact that they had Mac and cheese all day everyday made the trip less stressful since that’s all our daughter will eat. Same with French fries because that’s all my son ever wants to eat. And the rubber bottom pools were amazing. I wish we had those back in the US.

Cons:

The room fit everyone nicely. It was just difficult to also fit our luggage without having to unpack or hide the suitcase, or hide the beds every time. The pool off the balcony was pretty chilly when my kids wanted to swim in it. It seems tolerable when the sun is directly over head but it’s very chilly when shaded. The beach is super tiny and the water isn’t clear or swimable, but I get that it’s a reef habitat that’s being restored so I can’t be too upset about that. We did get our beach experience when we swam with dolphins.
